ive got this #8202 blaster 2, the msd #8595 ready to run billet dist + #8961 relay + super conductor wires on my 390FE. ALL MSD'd out
the only thing i screwed up on and have yet to fix it, is the coil. i have it laying down.

Hi, i have a question. I upgrade my coil it was like 15,000 volts and now im at 30,000 but i have a missfire now is it because i need to upgrade my spark plugs wires?
If you wires are old, most definitely! Make sure to replace your cap, rotor, wires and check your spark plugs. These are maintenance items that do wear away.
Check if wires are arching on headers
Why must they be installed upright?
Because the oil in them you dummy.
They can leak oil after time. So if you mount them upright, the oil stays always inside, although any gaps are created after years of service.
