Mikey let Draken punch him because it was a way to punish himself. He said it when he was fighting with Taiju, "I let you hit me because it was my way of punishing myself". He feel very gulty for everything and thinks he deserves it so he punish himself with physical pain

sadfact, all the girls/women in Draken's life havent been around consistently, his mom abandoned him and the girls at the brothel only stayed for months at a time. Emma was the only female person who was consistently there with him for all the years and he thought he'd have more time to tell her he loved her.
Roshi Takemitchy did tell Mikey it was Kisaki in this episode before he went to fight tenjiku. I wish Drakken would have hugged Mikey, then maybe he wouldn't have changed. But I get he was sad and mad. This reaction of anger and him letting out all of the frustration with Baji, Kauztora, Pah and now Emma is what's gonna make Mikey give up and go bad. Takemittchy needs to focus on that after the fight with Tenjiku because the friendship of Mikey and Drakken could be over due to emma's death and how Drakken reacted to Mikey.
