You should give back to the land and nature by growing some of those sprouted coconuts further away from the mother tree so that one day they'll grow mature enough to produce their own coconuts for other people who come to visit. Just plant one tree a day. Do a good deed for nature.
Spending time with yourself is what most people can't do anymore since all the internet and social media. Listening to yourself and your inner voice is key! Great content
So cool that you take these solo trips, but there’s also nothing wrong with wanting to have people you care about around you. I’m in a house of family caregivers, finding alone-time can be a challenge but there’s no place I’d rather be!! Just absolutely grateful to go along with you (& yours) on these adventures. Please keep em coming…sending much love & gratitude from Canada ❤️🇨🇦
Watched a lot of your amazing adventures from the UK. This one seemed special....your ability to survive and vulnerability from being alone so far from civilisation truly came across. Very special. Thankyou 👍❤️
Not more than a day or half a day! I have to leave that up to you young bucks! I'm now 66 years old and have had two heart attacks one stroke, and one seizure and ten stents in my heart as well as a defublator monitor in my chest! Oh and I need my knee caps replaced! But besides that I am fantastic 😊 now I mostly live through you and your adventures! But given the chance I would go out with you guys anytime!!! I love all the back to basics videos and look forward to them every week or weekend! God bless and be safe! James Aragon USA! ❤🎉😮😅😊
I've never spent time completely alone in the wild. I've done a lot of things solo, but there has always been other people nearby. My longest time in the wild was doing two months one summer at a Boy Scout camp on the Buffalo River in Northern Arkansas. One of the most beautiful spots on the planet just living in a canvas tent with a pallet for a floor and a cot to sleep on. Long before cell phones and tech, such a great time to be alive.
I used to spend weeks at a time not seeing people and I tell ya what the couple that kept me sane would check on me regularly without them I think I'd be a mental case good on ya az keep up the good life bro
I lost my husband a year ago and I have come to realize that I love time alone. I enjoy focusing on my future and my present and how very thankful I am for the 27 1/2 years I had with him.
First...love the channel. All the content is excellent. You're all very likeable and special folks. Now in 94' I was 24. I dropped out of Appalachian State college in Boone, NC. And drove a Mitsubishi mighty max truck from Boone to Homer Alaska. I little over 6K miles. When I got to Oregon i still had 3K to go. That's a long way. I wasn't by. Myself though. I had my 125lb Sheppard mix with me. Zeke was the only partner I wanted on that trip.
Absolute legend Az, so refreshing to hear your thoughts and contemplating time spent immersed in nature....if only more people did it, we might value the importance of keeping it healthy....keep on adventuring buddy
I like the old school way. Like having a video with education ( no gambling adds) I know ozzy is going through some bs but yea keep fishing lovely garden/ forest 👍
Couldn't have uploaded at a better time az. My boys just had surgery and im stuck in the hospital with him, bored out of my mind, then bam! A b2b adventure for me to escape for just a handful of minutes. Cheers, mate. Stay safe brother, and keep living the dream 👍
Adz... It's just a little age, feeling responsible for people while you're gone, and because of these two things, it's loneliness. It's normal! Sometimes difficult, but normal! Keep pushing and living!!!🥃🤙🤙🤙
3 weeks alone lad. Mustering the high lands by myself looking for 500 missing head of cattle. Surviving off the land once the saddle bags were empty. It's a unique frame of mind to be alone for that long with absolutely no contact in any form. If anything were to happen, there's more than not of a chance that I never would have been found. If you can handle it, it shapes your mind and outlook of life and your capabilities in a way of physical and mental strength that assists you on life's journey in more ways than you could ever imagine. This tho, a coastal survival trip is definitely something I'd love to be able to do one day.
I have never spent a great deal of time by myself, but every time I get a few days, it feels amazing to be honest. I like alone time very much....maybe too much :)
I enjoy watching your Videos all the time Bro. I from the Bahamas as well. I'm so sorry I missed you and Jack when you were here. You were right in my back yard and I had no idea.
Mate, love your enthusiasm for nature! There's something really special about 'Catch and cook' on your own terms, out under the sky, not knowing what will happen. I used to do this as a kid here in NZ. Not as warm as over there :o) but the fishing sure is good. Keep up the great action As! Love seeing Nth Queensland as it really is 👍
Hi good morning from Chrystina in Lakeland Florida 💕💕💕 I'm the one that was at least one of the people that told you about Robert (Bob) Arrington in the United States in Florida!!! That was a great episode that the both of you guys had done! Especially when you got to shoot that alligator 🐊🐊🐊🐊! I love you man, keep up the good work... 💕
Real time alone. My nephew and I once got lost on a dirt bike trail with no maps or cell coverage. I explained to him how rare and exciting this was in today's world!
Much Love from Crabby Daddy here in Southern Maryland USA! Another GREAT Video and if we don't hear from you in a Bit, MERRY CHRISTMAS Az and may GOD continue to BLESS you my Friend 🦀
I spent a good long while deep in the Appalachians in Chattahoochee National Forest 32 years ago. I used to do it pretty frequently - but it wasn't always a long time. I seriously think you could lose it deep in the woods like that alone for anything much longer than a month or so and not seeing anyone if you're not prepared. The nights are long and loud and alive. You'll build stout fires.
When I was a kid many years ago we spent countless hours in the woods alone or with a friend. I envy your determination and enjoyment away from technology today. Ruining our children on one part, but strengthening them in another way. You can keep your salt water Croc’s! Absolutely a beautiful predator, but would %$SI my pants if I saw one as long as your boat! Take care and safe travels Az!
Great video.the longest I’ve spent alone in the bush was three months two days.i missed my wife and daughter but i needed to totally decompress i ate only off the land.and i spent the whole time naked i only put my close on wen i got home.😊☮️
from 8:28 way in the back ground near the beach there is something round and black bobbing in the water i thought it was your buoy but then at 8:48 its right behind you
Change over to a left hand turn of the reel. Wake up to what works best. Everybody you know will abuse you, but just enjoy it, knowing what works best.
I love your videos Bro!. Great entertainment. I think you should be cautious when holding a carbon fiber fishing rod with those squalls blowing in with possible lightning. Hello from Maine, USA.
4 or 5 days I recon, in the bush by myself. . . but will tell you the more amazing things happen the more your going to yearn to share those moments with someone - kind of makes you long for few good deep relationships doesn't it? other than that Typically a dog or at least one mate would be with me on longer excursions, the caution comes with age too - I used to free hand climb 200m straight up rock walls, now I am cautious on high rocks.
AZ....totally enjoy your content. Always excited when I see a new post. Can I ask, how far north are you ?. 12 months ago I did a trip from Sydney to Cooktown with my best mate. Towed an 18 footer and had a ball. That said, would love to do the same again but go further north. Appreciate any resources you can point us to research such a trip. Cheers and stay safe
Azz myself and my young fellas love your content!! Your words are very wise and inspiring! I too understand the necessity for time out for yourself to reassess and find yourself again especially after trauma! I’m from SA and have in the past travelled and experienced amazing mudcrabbing and fishing adventures! In this video I’ve noticed something I believe you could benefit from! Here in South Oz we use a crab rake to find and manipulate our crabs into our grasp! Is there any chance you would allow me the honour to send you one for your adventures to make it a bit more efficient in scraping them beasties from the croc infested waters edge! The one I have in mind has a steel rake with a detachable aluminium handle for ease of stowing! I reckon you’d love it man!! If this is something you’d like to try! Somehow give me the deets so I can do this for ya! It may just keep you safer and increase your catch rate
Mate, from 8min 27 secs to 8mins 36 secs there's something tracking through the water near the shore! Then from 8mins 48 secs to 8 mins 55 secs its tracking behind the bottom right-hand side of your hat.

Love how Az jst throws his fish onto the coals to cook. No frills, indigenous Australian style.

Look behind you at the nine minute mark, before you tie up your boat. Thanks for the mini vacation. Stay safe and watch your back.
Looks like the mooring buoy blowing around in the breeze to me !
didn't look like a Croc?
@@barrafisho81 Looks more like a buoy being towed by something big..
It moved really fast. So I doubt current or wind moving an object
