      Az, have you ever brought GHEE along with you? If you or others don't know, it's butter that's been cooked down to remove the water, making it a type of clarified butter & can be heated at a much higher temperature, it's delicious & doesn't need to be refrigerated, making it great for your trips. Great great for cooking potatoes, fish, rice, lobster, eggs or whatever you'd add butter to. Another good episode, thanks for sharing! 😊

    I am 75 and spent over a year over 6 times exploring Australia as a backpacker in the period 2003 -2008. Well worth the investment!.
    Castaway, book by Lucy Irwin from thr 1980ies, was my favourite escape for many years. Watched the film on Youyube later.
    Forever an escapist!!!!

    The happiest I have ever been wqs when I was living off the land. It's a great feeling of accomplishment, and everyday there is something to do, so u r never bored. This summer, I can't wait. Getting the boat ready and will be on te water for 2 weeks to a month. Bringing MREs on the days I can't catch my food for the day, fresh water, clothes and a tablet with preloaded movies and shows and that it. Great vibes. Love the channel, I subbed

    I’m 35 and my back has been bothering me for the past 2 weeks. So I’m very thankful for the advice, I will start doing those immediately. Especially the glute stretches. For the life of me I couldn’t figure out the correct way to stretch them until I saw you do it. They are extremely tight so that’s gonna help a lot. Thanks brother 🤙🏼

    Thanks for the tips on back and body health. Have fished the NT, seakayaked lots of Australia, sailed, hiked and camped. Now in my early 60s, I started to notice a little twinge or two in the back and all sorts of crankyness in the body, especially in the morning. I don't plan on giving up my passion just yet, have a few trips in mind along the Kimberley coast and out to a couple of QLD offshore islands (in a power boat). I already have a few exercises for the old bod, but yours look great, especially the dead hang and neck stretches. Love your channels az always.

    As a 50 year old, I have suffered with a lower back problem for years - I would have episodes where I and my physio at the time believed that a disc was pressed against the sciatic nerve/slipped disc. It is only in the past couple of years that I have gotten on top of it through a sports physio. Transpires it was not a bulging disc, just glute muscles tensing up and spasming - quite often after spending time on the water or in the garden. Rolling out on a tennis ball (glutes and hip area) has been a god send - really painful if done right but followed by instant relief, a total game changer. Anyone over the age of 40 is likely to show bulging discs on a scan but that does not mean they are the cause of the pain. More often than not it will be muscles spasms. I also hang - good for all joints.

    About back pain.. I accidentally discovered how to completely ELIMINATE all back pain and joint pain. After decades of lower back pain and in my 50s. I just happened to watch a show called FAT SICK AND NEARLY DEAD.. So I experimented juicing for several days. But then I really wanted to chew on solids so I strictly ate salads. In just 10 days ALL my Back Pain and arthritis pain DISAPPEARED VANISHED! I went on to eat only plants and cannot explain how FRIKIN AMAZING I felt in such a short time. 5 yrs later have not looked back!!!!

    This is a message to the whole b2b gang. Love your shows and have seen all episodes. I would like to make a proposal. I love fishing and eating fish but I find the damage done by barbed hooks is excessive and hard to watch. Would you consider using and promoting barbless hooks on your adventures? I don’t think I’m alone regarding the negatives and damage to the fish especially if it’s catch and release. Please give it some thought. The viewers and the fish will thank you and love you for it.

    • @MagicMayers
      @MagicMayers หลายเดือนก่อน

      If it's catch and release it should be barbless. Harder to keep on but that's it's own challenge. Canadians manage to catch fish with barbless hooks so it's not unreasonable.
      Still, it's not clear if fish experience pain. At least we know things like oysters, mussels etc. don't have the infrastructure in their nervous system to feel pain.
