@streeteleven I'm 42 and I need to try something. We can't believe it's too late. Even with health issues, we just have to find different ways to get there. Even if my business doesn't blow up into a huge business that lasts forever- if we can figure out how to do something that pays us to do something we actually care about, and gives us more than working 40+ hours a week and giving our entire paycheck to bills, with nothing left, forever... I understand it won't be simple, not all of it anyways, but my God, we have to try, right? I pray that we both have success and prosperity in many ways. 🙏 💜

What is often not mentioned is that it took hundreds of hours of hard and consistent work to finally reach a point where one can only work 2-4 hours. There are no shortcuts. You have to go through the phase of grind and boredom to reach the state of freedom ❤

I've been listening to people on youtube for months, searching and trying to change my mindset, becoming an entrepreneur, making income in another way than giving my time as an employee, finding side hustles, passive income, etc etc.... And today you inspired me more than any other, because finally someone authentic and humble I can believe, among all the noise on the internet. This answers the question WHY do I wanna do this, this makes sense, finally. AHA moment. Thank you !!
This is by far my favorite video of yours that i have ever seen. Possibly the best aspiring-creator video ever. Thanks Dan. I have downloaded this and will watch it again until it all sinks in.
The concept of evolving work to earn more in less time is spot on. For entrepreneurs, implementing systems like automated lead generation can drastically reduce manual effort while increasing potential client reach. It's all about working smarter, not harder, by leveraging technology to handle repetitive tasks.
I'm 44, graduated college with a general studies degree, worked retail, joined the Army, understand computers and programming basics, video editing and creative software pretty well. I write pretty well, have taken martial arts, and am somewhat physically fit, but still, I don't feel like I've ever "solved" any specific problems in my life; at least not to the degree that I'd feel confident offering any type of product to anyone.
The computer and programming basics would be great for senior homes. My mother in law goes to one and she learned computer basis, community colleges need instructors. Thats just one skill you have.
@cxa011500 I found the teachings of Dan Koe on utube helpful for defining product. Also, AI is about to change everything with tons of new opportunities. Learn how to create autonomous agents. You can be your own product these days. It's not like Ole times, and I should know!
I completely agree. I have a house painting business, and the idea of this type of work being “automated” is completely ridiculous. But I don’t like the labor, so if one day I could hire a robot I’d be a happy man - I just can’t see it happening. The technology would be so insanely advanced
Funny I never thought I could say the things you said will replace manual labor however. The light has turned on for me. This is the first listen to this content and wow. You see I have been in construction for forty five years, a mechanic for more than that in an electrician for thirty years, I could easily developer the automatons to accomplish any of these tasks. What is funny to me is the prompt that teaching or coaching about problem solving about any subject could be my retirement complex. How odd! Fascinating! 24:45
Profound clarity here. You are phenomenal Dan. Actively working to figure out my solopreneur path and boom! Here you are. Watching for the second time while cooking and will listen a third time, sit down, and take notes. Legend.
I come from the perspective of really wanting to help humans - and humanity - become better - we have to, to survive... Trying to figure out the best way to productize the synthesis I have spent years creating - I think just taking my writing and putting it out there is the key. Sometimes, an outsiders perspective brings clarity - so thank you Dan...
Bought the two hour writer. About halfway through so far. Legit worth the money just learning about notion lol. Fantastic templates(The Writer’s Hub & The Queue) Dan good job.
How much of the course is about Notion? Are those aspects directly transferable to another platform and not dependent on Notion's features? (I'm considering the course, however Notion is something that I've tried and decided isn't for me -- I use Obsidian)
@@tanmayjoshi1128Nah it's about online writing in general. There's two modules: 2 Hour Lifestyle and 2 Hour Content Ecosystem. The first is about the process of finding ideas in your daily life, consuming quality content, building a daily consumption and production routine (2 hours a day) and using his absolutely amazing Notion templates. The second one goes through the principles of persuasive writing, the different frameworks popularly used and structuring newsletters/long form content. He has a bonus module about growing and monetising on Twitter but to be honest I find it to be out-dated. Thankfully he has many recent free newsletters that have more updated tips on growth and catching attention on X. It's well worth the money even just for the Notion templates and newsletter outline.
Thank you for the inspiration brother. You’ve already inspired me to start teaching meditation classes on Patreon and I’m storming with ideas for my next project. Cheers. You are changing many lives.
I started using the notion template for collecting ideas and brainstorming six months ago. When I started I thought I didn’t have much and this would be a slow process, but now 6 months later I have a ton of thoughts, pondering, observations, ideas etc. next step is to buy 2 hour writer and get cracking on content
Hey dan. Your videos are inspiring. I recently turned 29 and have often wondered throughout life "man, there has to be a way out of this rat race of 9-5 jobs" and then stumbled across your content. It's forced me to take a deep dive into my current situation & overall happiness. Also I bought your book! Hoping to gain even more perspective 👍
I love this video, its 100% on my wavelength - im someone who see's things like i do and that life is not to be worked but lived spiritually and creatively. iv subscribed, thankyou for this post
@Dan Koe great thanks, this is Gold, the Clearest Walk thro Map or BluePrint to implement that 1 person business! Thank you @Dan much Appreciated. I've saved many of your Vids, this one for me at least, is a blueprint/map. Add it with what's in 'Art Of Focus' and boom! Magic💜🙏🏽 Next up is the 2hour writter and others! 🙏🏽
When I was 25 years younger I thought I wasn’t creative or something was wrong with me cause I didn’t know too much, the Journey of discovery of what you enjoy in life is exactly what he is talking about, now is the time to get motivated
you are soo good at explaining and so many really good points, yes, the school system is failing and we actually all complain, it is good to have the reminder to take full charge of one`s own responsibilities again, thanks for the reminder
I just officially got through the ’One person business’ playlist. And I must say, I have evolved so much while going through the individual vids. The whole concept of one person business is much clearer to me. Also I have a way clearer image in my head now of how i want to approach the start of my digital creation and content creation. I have a rough idea of how i want my online presence to be and now i am taking the active steps towards fulfilling my life purpose and shaping it into what i want it to be, not what the society wants me to be. Thank you Dan so much. In few days, I will also purchase the "digital economics" course, but first need to wait for the last salary which will finally allow me to have enough money to purchase this course. I love the journey, am a bit scared but at the same time proud of myself for waking up so early in my life.
At one point I was told that the key takeaway for any pursuit realistically is to improve on a market. Perfecting an item. Creating a unit superior to that of one you'd ideally use. Progressive overload when working out is my thought process. Everyone understands a bicep curl, basic contraction, simple move. But if I want to build onto that I need to one up it. Either through heavier weights or by increasing the sets in my circumstance. I'm sure that anything out there can be improved upon, we just have to break it down! I've thought about this a lot lately. Been miserable a while and I was the victim. Little by little I've been making moves in 2024, and I literally come from nothing. Remember legends, nothing changes if nothing changes, so let's hit it full force with the 1 life we got💪🔥🔥🔥🔥💯
I’ve had so many ideas that’s after a while I start seeing them around and wonder why I didn’t do it? I have to strengthen my faith in my self , I think this is the 🔑.
I've never heard a full Dan Koe video before, and after watching this one, to be honest, the amount of extremely valuable content it gives away in only 1 video it's simply mindblowing! 🤯Amazing stuff here! 💯
Funny Dan my whole life I have always used myself as the project to solve, I always thought to myself, "'IF I FIGURE THIS OUT, I'M GOING TO HELP A LOT OF PEOPLE." It''s where my workshops and books came from. I don't like to see people suffering and know that we do because of the lack of knowledge..thanks for sharing my friend--great video

In 2024,don't set new year financial goals without consulting a financial adviser.there expertise ensure a solid plan for success.Building wealth involves developing good habits like regular putting money away in intervals for solid investments.
Thanks for the advice! I'm new to financial planning and wasn't sure where to start.Any tips on finding a reliable financial adviser or resource to guide beginners?
I agree, based on personal experience working with an investment advisor, I currently have $650k in a well diversified portfolio, that has experienced exponential growth. It is not about having money to invest in stocks, but also you need to be knowledgeable, persistent, and have strong hands to back it up.
Marie Ann Treloar is the licensed coach I use, just to research the name, You'd find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
I appreciate it.After searching her name online and viewing her credentials,I'm quite impressed.I've contacted her as I could use all the help I can get.A call has been scheduled .
I had a lot of toughts about this, i love life and trying to be the best version of myself. You simply cleard the path of what i have to do. Now i am going to inspire other people , i hope.
With all the content I could consume, and with all I've already consumed, I still haven't fully launched, and I'm in my late 30's. I'm narrowing down my focus in mentorship down to 3 leaders. You sir are one of them. Thank you Dan for all your wisdom and knowledge that you've chosen to impart to us.
Hey Dan. Really appreciate your content. I'm in the process of rebuilding my life after being cut off from society for 5 years due a brain injury caused by a medication. I was a teacher before, but quickly realised the false sense of security I had with that when the injury hit. The decentralised economy is absolutely the way forward, it was a scary realisation at first, but once you get it, you get it, and you're thankful you get it now, rather than years further down the line. As an ex-teacher I can safely say that the education system is absolutely broken, and somewhat of a scam. There are plus points, obviously - fundemental skills, socialisation (and some teachers can be life-changing, positive-influencers on a person's life), but we are not taught true independence and the critical thinking tools needed to navigate the wild-west of real life. Your content gives me a lot of hope, and pragmatic advice for this rebuilding season. Thankyou.
Thank you for the encouragement, it's been slow growth here, but I'd rather do this more than anything else, youtubing, coaching etc. it's like you're filling in the gaps for me in what I've known was true and working towards.
In industry I learned by OJT, on the job training. It was the best and safest way to learn. That's exactly what you're talking about here Dan when you talk about the sovereign people in the creator economy teaching about problems they have solved themselves. Thanks for the great prudence here.
"The School system is failing. Education is the foundation of humanity. Creators are the de-centralized school system." Dan, your videos make me pause. And reflect. And in some cases write down your quotes, such as above. This articulates something I have felt, for a long time, way before it formed any coherent thoughts in my head. Since I was in school, and especially when putting my children into school and being disappointed with the results. Here I go again articulating my thoughts into a comment section instead of a script for my own stuff, so I am going to copy this quote to reflect on. Thanks, man!
7:37 We’re going to see 10-person companies with billion-dollar valuations pretty soon…in my little group chat with my tech CEO friends there’s this betting pool for the first year there is a one-person billion-dollar company, which would’ve been unimaginable without AI. And now [it] will happen.” - Sam Altman Couldn't hear the audio. So I had GPT dig up a quote where Sam talks about the one-person business. I hope it matches Dan's intended insight.
Thank you. Truly thank you on my way to better life with insane number of struggles and walls cause of my brain. Your videos are so fresh and great. No distractions, no flashy colors, and no speed of speech like a marathon speedrun. We receive priceless knowledge from you, from a man in whose eyes I see the path he has taken. Thank you for your experience, strength, and willingness to teach others now. You inspire me, on the edge of life. You inspire.
It's all about perspective, folks. Instead of chasing elusive dreams, focus on what you know, what you're passionate about, and how you can genuinely help others. Success will follow. 💪
There is one very important point : it's not because you solved a problem in your life that you're able to help others with the, it same problem. First, we are all different, second, to be able to teach, to transmit, in order than people get REAL RESULTS !! Furthermore, to structure a business, to be able to speak about our program, to sell, to have a good "after sale service"... it's not that easy. I mean it's a wonderful business, but not everybody can do it.
Thank you. This is the best, most succinct and quite rapid resume of how to start. Your great descriptions sparked several ideas while you were talking, one in particular. Much appreciated!😊
God sent me this video. Thank you dan for such inspiration and meaningful advices. At the end if youre someone who is watching this type of content and really put in the work you will get back what you deserve and you will pursue the right philosophy for life. Love from Germany
Okay so for one, did you insinuate that robots could replace construction workers, plumber, etc. 2 robots will never be able to do things the way we want. 3 I’ve worked in production for a long time and I’ve seen many places attempt to cut cost on employees through automations, and guess what it didn’t replace anybody it created a job opportunity for someone else that cost a lot more than the person it replaced. 4 I’ve seen robotics completely fail at the task and prove to much less productive than a living person, guess what they scrapped the robots in favor of the employee. Robots won’t replace jobs they will just change them
I think folks need to practice discernment between the creator sharing his successful experience and the one sharing a story/idea without the successful experience to back it up. Both will attempt to sell you their product but only (1) will provide knowledge. Do your research.
ou contrare, construction jobs will always exist. Robots will likely never replace my electrical fitter mechanic job. The variety and complexity of every single task is too great and I haven't seen a robot that could do even 0.1% of what I do.
Another great content as usual. I wonder if this approach would work with Brazilian people. Here video is by far the most consumed format. There's still the differences of audience's mentality. I think it is going to worth trying.
12:13 Since we are talking Sci-Fi, I'd love to see a future where, yes almost all manual labor jobs are handled by embodied AI but also there's space for people who'd like to do some of them for a period of time, to do them. Japanese schools do not have janitorials, says the rumor, the kids learn to clean after themselves. Think about it. I think a repetitive activity, for some brains is beneficial as it is a pathway to flow. Some things we regard as jobs might be seen as self-care activities or contributing to wellness, once we remove the compulsory part.
I agree. I know a plumber and He loves it. Skills like this and construction jobs do satisfy a need for building and creation and does require a certain level of intelligence to do well. And we will always need these things. Why would we want robots to do it? Why remove human value?
@@theresaphillips8932 Yes! I can see why the compulsory part, being a problem ... As you see it with exercise, supposedly it is not as beneficial if you do not like it and on top are required to do it but don't quote on that... Do quote Jordan B Peterson on exposure rat studies and obligating them ... But I remember I volunteered at a men's tailor shop and it was one the happiest times I've had over here. I remember hearing the rumor there were studies on this gist was: people who complete a physical task from beginning to end get more fulfilment out of it, than people like in a sweat shop that specialize in one thing, say sleeves and do that for 8 hours. So, there is nuance but I wholeheartedly believe, AI if left on its own will resolve for life. Meaning, given all the data points it can process at the same time, it will create solutions that take into account second order implications and insert them. Not like us, because as we do not have the brain power, we end up messing things up when solving for only one variable.
Hi Dan! I just wanted to say thank you for this video. I really profited already of this. We all know the most of what you said in this video, but to have a structure to do everything that's envolved in it, that's another thing. So thank you for the outline of an exact plan to success. I will sure watch all of your videos, just to inform me more. So thank you very much! Have a great day, Dan! Greetings from Germany. Deni
Right on the money! The future will be about people collaborating with one another on uncovering the human experience via education systems. And hopefully promoting a healthy species that could allow us to reach new dimensions of being. 😎

Even if I wanna write in a different language other than english (Arabic)?
How much of the course is about Notion? Are those aspects directly transferable to another platform and not dependent on Notion's features? (I'm considering the course, however Notion is something that I've tried and decided isn't for me -- I use Obsidian)
Is it specifically about Twitter or what?
I'm 5 years old and your content has really helped me!
Lol wat
Thank you for the inspiration brother. You’ve already inspired me to start teaching meditation classes on Patreon and I’m storming with ideas for my next project. Cheers. You are changing many lives.
I appreciate your style. Thank you for avoiding the fluff and letting your content speak for itself. Very refreshing
I started using the notion template for collecting ideas and brainstorming six months ago. When I started I thought I didn’t have much and this would be a slow process, but now 6 months later I have a ton of thoughts, pondering, observations, ideas etc. next step is to buy 2 hour writer and get cracking on content
The clip with Sam Altman from 7:34 is inaudible. Also, I love the value you are sharing with us Dan.
You should say that building an audience on social media organically takes about 3 years
He says that in other videos, but he also says you can offer a high level skill to replace your income faster.
Hey dan. Your videos are inspiring. I recently turned 29 and have often wondered throughout life "man, there has to be a way out of this rat race of 9-5 jobs" and then stumbled across your content. It's forced me to take a deep dive into my current situation & overall happiness.
Also I bought your book! Hoping to gain even more perspective 👍
critical is where can you add value and produce more results and next part who really need it at any cost.
You're the GOAT. I really love you Dan Koe. A true visionary in a society of foggy imaginations. This is sooo real
Stop calling people GOAT'S it's silly and inaccurate
@@messybutmeaningful stop projecting
come across your videos 2 months ago. Started my threads and my twitter account and the growth is insane. Thanks a lot Dan.
Funny to see the Threads people here :D

It’s awesome to see you in Dans comments bro!
show your growth
I love this video, its 100% on my wavelength - im someone who see's things like i do and that life is not to be worked but lived spiritually and creatively. iv subscribed, thankyou for this post
@Dan Koe great thanks, this is Gold, the Clearest Walk thro Map or BluePrint to implement that 1 person business!
Thank you @Dan much Appreciated.
I've saved many of your Vids, this one for me at least, is a blueprint/map. Add it with what's in 'Art Of Focus' and boom! Magic💜🙏🏽
Next up is the 2hour writter and others!
Dude you’re doing God’s work I recently stumbled on your channel, I’m reading your book now. Thanks for sharing
Thank you sir. I discovered your channel today and I’ve been glued 4 hours. Definitely getting the Art of Focus.
Thank you!
Dan is amazing. I can’t wait to watch this, over and over. ❤️
Hello from Marrakech Morocco 🇲🇦 ❤
More gold from you, Dan. This video was exactly what I needed at the exact time I needed to hear it. Namaste.
This guy is on one of the greatest runs in self-help history, shoutout to Koe's Law, my favorite food to eat 😂❤
The same happens to meeee! So frustrating.
yeah really man I agree with you🏆
These videos are so helpful and (literally) right on the money. Thank you so much. The Art of Focus is also well worth your time..
Whats helpful about them? It's just shallowl there's no in depth explanation how it works to make that money
I've never heard a full Dan Koe video before, and after watching this one, to be honest, the amount of extremely valuable content it gives away in only 1 video it's simply mindblowing! 🤯Amazing stuff here! 💯
Hey was waiting for this video from the first notification
Funny Dan my whole life I have always used myself as the project to solve, I always thought to myself, "'IF I FIGURE THIS OUT, I'M GOING TO HELP A LOT OF PEOPLE." It''s where my workshops and books came from. I don't like to see people suffering and know that we do because of the lack of knowledge..thanks for sharing my friend--great video
I’m obsessed with your content and want your book! Thank you for the value here!
I am sure that I stepped on to a Land Mine which will explode multi versatile loads of knowledge. I am proud of you that what you are conveying here is directly in line with today's professional career requirements. Please keep making more videos which will help every human race those who hunger for education and knowledge. God bless you Sir❤❤❤
I have discovered your channel thanks to the previous video, and you immediately conquered me
I have bought your book and it has started to change me since the first pages, I feel it
Thank you!

Wow, this is one of the best videos I ever saw on TH-cam. It is exactly what I need right now. Thank you!
I'm a part-time caregiver. After watching your video am about to follow your step now.
Thank u for your videos and inspiration. Love the deepness, simplicity, and subtle sense of humor that you use.
Following you since the beginning of the year, and just starting to apply one month ago. (Literally you are on my board on mentors xD)
Here we go on the journey! 🤗
You and matt gray are one of the examples of building 1 person businesses.
Thank you Dan for all your wisdom and knowledge that you've chosen to impart to us.
golden nuggets shared
Thankyou.
Koe´s videos always have a answer for questions i did not even know i had. Thank you for all the free knowledge.
DAN, for me this is your best video so far. It's so insightful. THX so much! I can watch it over and over. 🔝
Thank you for the encouragement, it's been slow growth here, but I'd rather do this more than anything else, youtubing, coaching etc. it's like you're filling in the gaps for me in what I've known was true and working towards.
❤ We are becoming a sane and successful society because of Dan's content!!! THANK YOU, DAN!!
This is your best video yet, Dan
Solid advice Dan!
Creators are the de-centralized school system."
Dan, your videos make me pause.
You encouraged me and many others, Dan Koe
7:37 We’re going to see 10-person companies with billion-dollar valuations pretty soon…in my little group chat with my tech CEO friends there’s this betting pool for the first year there is a one-person billion-dollar company, which would’ve been unimaginable without AI. And now [it] will happen.” - Sam Altman
Couldn't hear the audio. So I had GPT dig up a quote where Sam talks about the one-person business. I hope it matches Dan's intended insight.
This video is one of the most important clear videos you have made to help me realize the potential. Thank you.
Hey, great content. BTW what mic are you using. Sound quality is just awesome!
You are a God send . It’s clear you are divinely enlightened 🙌
One of the most amazing videos I’ve seen on so many levels. Well said, well done. Thank you 🙏
Your aggressive delivery of information I need to hear is both helpful and arousing. 😂
Robots won’t replace jobs they will just change them
Wish I could get my daily dose of Dan on cam. So inspiring.
When you learn that you can create luck for yourself, that’s when life begins to shift for the better!
The way he just said "prettttty."
Yes. Sir.
You're an attractive man.
And you're going to be a big reason I'm rich soon. 🌸
I think folks need to practice discernment between the creator sharing his successful experience and the one sharing a story/idea without the successful experience to back it up. Both will attempt to sell you their product but only (1) will provide knowledge. Do your research.
Self accountability is 90% of most people's problems.
ou contrare, construction jobs will always exist.
I think it is going to worth trying.
thank you bro. I am just about to start with a youtube channel, and that video strengthened my conviction even more!
Harsh pace and all worth it! Thx again for the reminder; you rock!
Deni
your methods make me inspire and really helpful ,Thank you so much
Wonderful and complex concepts made simple. Congrats Dan!
I cant hear the Sam Altman clip, audio is messed up.
Powerful and insightful. A vision peep 15 years into the future.
it's all make sense.
so who became from dreamer to achiever thanks to Dan?
