About childres coughs & colds, Give them a warm face cloth wash of their faces. Wash their hands well both sides, Steralise front doorhandles with sanitiser. Then do a warm face cloth wash on yourself. preferably kids straight into shower or bath, change into fresh clothes. Wear a scarf and hat in the cold whe outdoors shopping etc. Best of luck and hope that you get well again soon.
