Good Tour. You need one of your employees to go through your upstairs parts to catalog and sell on Ebay or FB Marketplace. Easy way to make room and generate extra income. As a owner of several older outboards I source through Ebay and marketplace first for needed parts.

Welp,u guys already sent me a hat(very nice) and since I'm in Southern Illinois we don't get a whole bunch of ice,but I'm assuming that thing with the spikey looking wheel might be something to put on the back of a boat to push it across a frozen lake maybe??? Now I am kinda missing the old shop, thanks Andy lol.The stairway to heaven at my old place was where I kept alot of our smaller crated outboards and all of the good used parts and some older new old stock Merc and Yammie (Mariner) Parts. Thanks for the tour.Oh,1 more thing,I wore my Team Marine Service hat last week while I helped one of my old customers replace the trigger on his 25 h.p. merc(1985 yr model)and a couple new ignition coils so he could get across the lake to Deer Hunt(I was promised Deer Sausage in trade for my Labor)Keep up the great work guys.

That thing in the rafter storage area is for propelling a boat across the ice. It gets hooked up to an engine, usually belt driven and drives the boat (typically on skids) across the ice. I'm stationed in Staten island NY, but I'm from southern MD. Have any long handle Yamaha tillers that I can convert onto a 25 2 stroke (in the center two bolts where a steering ram would bolt to)

That is a scratcher for an ice sled. Used to move boats setup as ice sled across the frozen ice. I am not north but midwest Jefferson City, Missouri born and raised and I knew what that was.

As a proud born and raised and still here, Southerner. In Alabama, I have no idea what that thing was in the attic/roof. So that means its probably something to do with ice fishing. Which I would like to experiance at some point in my life. But just a time or 2! Great video and keep up the awesome work. As a fellow wrench turner, just on utility trucks and whatever else come’s in….I salute you! 😂
