Biryani is originally made of beef and goat meet so try mutton lamb biryani chicken doesn't have the tendency to absorb the spices sauces ingredients so it doesn't gives much taste i recommend you to have mutton zafrani pure ghee biryani. There are numerous famous restaurants for biryani and every restaurant you will find different taste.
