David Smith bro, You are most welcome. Sim card won’t matter much with your Backup. But if you are worried, eject the sim card for the time being on backup, then restore the new iPhone 11 from the back then insert the Sim card in the new iPhone.😊
Once the backup has restored on new apple device, do u have to re sign into all the apps again or will they be already signed in? Would save alot of time coz some apps need texts and Authenticator etc , ty

It generates a copy on your pc and doesn’t delete stuff from your old phone, unless you choose to do so.
