Textbook definition it is a dlc, but practically when people think of a dlc it’s like new characters in a fighting game, an extra level in a platformer, revamped boss fights and a couple new ones in say hollowknight. I think an expansion is just a really big dlc, so yeah tomato tomato lol.

You can't call Phantom Liberty "DLC", it's an expansion!

@@KesslersArcade CDPR gives DLC away for free, they only charge for expansions!
