@@KesslersArcade bro I’m always asking the same thing when I play the game ! Will you be making a fallout video like you do with the other games . Your really good at making those
Most likely I still got other games to makes videos for
17:48 Not only is it the Lord's words, but the quote damn well fits in context
@@RexOlafusVidulusMagnus Thanks for noticing but yeah that’s exactly what I though of the whole time I played the game and it sums up the ending quite well.

Bro I love when you do these review videos
Glad you like them! They’re definitely fun to make.
This game had funny moments, dont care what anyone says.
@@Ryz3469 I agree it may not have been the best game ever but it definitely had its moments

@@randominternetuser2599 not really
Favorite moment in Elden Ring was Stormveil Castle for sure. That place is a masterclass in level design. I also loved all the underground areas. Stumbling upon Astel for the first time was absolutely insane.
The Road to Astel was already crazy enough but Stormveil was a preview to the challenges we were going to face late on.
Look how they massacred my boy
Poor Ceolbert
Play sekiro! Then lies of p . Then black myth wukong!! Trust me
Well Sekiro and Black Myth Wukong are definitely on my list but I'm not sure about Lies of P I usually am not a fan of puppets and dolls but we'll see.
Everyone should do what they think is more fun. If you think summoning spirits is more fun, go ahead and use them. It's there for that purpose. I personally think they make the bosses less fun, so I don't use them. Nobody is forced to do either, unless it's a boss that disables summons like in the evergaols.
Yeah I'm open for people playing how they want it's just some toxic people who don't see it that way unfortunately.
Awesome!
Thank you I do my best.
We are absolutely blessed to have fromsoftware in our lives
Indeed we are blessed to experience such great games.

@@PythonTVGaming it’s still funny🤣
I'm 45. Elden Ring was my first Fromsoft game. I got it at launch, and it kicked my ass. I stuck with it, and now I rarely play anything else. I love the freedom that it gives you. Cutscenes and NPC conversations are rare and brief. You can just explore and fight for hours. I was all about Bethesda and BioWare RPGs, but all the talking is so annoying and slow to me now. I got Baldurs Gate 3 at launch and haven't even made it out of Act One yet. The companions are annoying, and the combat is so slow and boring. Nothing else had been able to draw me into it's world like Elden Ring. I can't recommend it enough. Even if it's your first "Soulslike". Take your time and it will reward you with an epic adventure you'll never forget.
Oh, that's awesome. I usually play many open-world games with some RPG elements, but Elden Ring is my first Souls game and it's a fresh breath of air. Exploring the world, the lore, and of course the combat was just something out of this world.
@@KesslersArcade Yeah. It reminded me of the original Legend of Zelda. The old guy gives you a sword and basically says good luck buddy. You don't know which way to go or what dungeon to clear first. Elden Ring lets you pick a class and then you're on your own. Figure it out. It trusts the player to have the intelligence and determination to preserve. It filters out the casuals and half assets pretty quickly.
@@jasongriffin1517 I never played the original Zelda but you're right about it weeding out the casuals and people who aren't ready to commit themselves to adventure.
Try lies of p! Sekiro. Black myth wukong
@@brentontariocanada7935 I just downloaded Remnant 1 & 2, and Lords of the Fallen. Not interested in Sekiro because I don't want to parry everything. Not into Lies of P because of the aesthetics.
Elden Ring was my first Souls game. I didn't think I was good enough to play games like this but now I realise it's more about fortitude than ability. I imagine there are people who don't know it yet but will discover this beautiful world later. It's like a lovely secret waiting for them
That is a beautiful way of seeing this game. I also felt like I wasn't even good enough to play this little did I know I would embark on one of my greatest gaming journey so far.
Its always great to hear a new player talk about them discovering the souls games for the first time. Once it gets its hooks in ya its hard to play anything else.
Yeah it's definitely one of those games that made me think and reflect a lot after finishing it. I do eventually plan to play more Souls games in the future but I also have to get through games in my backlog.
I had a similar experience, i've never played a souls game before, but my friend started telling me the lore of the bosses and I got into elden ring just for that, i wanted to know those characters. It was life changing and now i'm halfway through dark souls 1
Wow that’s amazing I definitely love the lore of the game there’s so much to learn from even before the shattering especially how all the demigods are related in one way or another or what their goals were. Eventually I’ll get to play more Souls games like you are already doing.
I mean yeah, this happens when you play elden ring as your first souls game ( i find it weird why would someone skip all the other games ), for example if you never heard the music of dark souls 3 or it's bosses you'll think that elden ring is some kind of phenomenon, but for people who played dark souls 1->3, bloodborne, sekiro, Elden ring is just another souls game with more modern mechanics and it doesn't feel any special considering that the people who played souls games before think that bloodborne, dark souls 3, or sekiro is better than elden ring. That's why elden ring got so overrated and overshadowed the other greater souls games.
Respect your opinion but disagree with it.
I can see where someone who is a Souls veteran might not see this as a phenomenon but for many of us this was is the first Souls game we experienced. Some people have never heard about the other Souls games or like me didn’t feel like they needed to play them. I’m grateful that I played Elden Ring and it’s made me more open minded about playing more Souls games in the future.
@@davidporta7581well that’s the internet for you. We’re all entitled to express our own opinions.
@@reedrazor7546 My first FS Souls like was Demon's souls, I have played all of them, at the very top is Elden Ring as one of my all time favorites.
good ass vid
Thanks I tried to be as authentic as possible in telling my experience with Elden Ring
I started july 2023, thinkin I would play about 30-40 hours, maybe never finish it. Then 180 hours later I had completed the base game a first time, mostly without guides and offline on my own, missing a lot of stuff of course but having the pleasure of discovery and fulfilment. This was an incredible ride. Then I fired new journey and did the base again skipping a lot of side content which took me about 60 hours, then again for about 50 hours. Three times back to back. I'm about to finish the DLC and already started a new character which is level 8. It's so addictive. I have never played a souls before. This is a masterpiece.
Oh yeah I was in the same boat exploring everything I could without guides. Even if you miss some things on the first run you could always play it again. The world always feels majestic. I look forward to playing more FromSoftware games in the future.
I’ve been a Souls fan since 2016, so I was myself late to the party but even the Elden Ring blew me away. How FromSoftware have managed to make the game accessible to both new and familiar gamers must be applauded and hailed. It’s a masterpiece and one of my all time favorite games. I hope this has given you the bug to try previous FromSoft titles and see how you fair.
Oh yeah this game definitely has me curious to try more games. I personally never thought I would get into these type of games but after experiencing Elden Ring it has made me more open minded about playing more Souls games.
I had close to the same experience as you. I somehow missed out on this masterpiece FOR TWO YEARS?!?!? Unbelievable… I only started a week after SOTE released and it is a life changing experience.
@@judyfps5059 bro same here its like all uve watched from lotr is Amazon's and then u watch the og trilogy....fromsoft makes art not just games
Yeah even I can’t believe I missed out on it for two years but the important things is we finally got to play it. This is one of those games you have to play even if it’s only just once to experience the masterpiece FromSoftware crafted.
@@argirissgr4448I haven’t watched Rings of Power since I watched the LOTR OG trilogy when it came out in theaters and I don’t think the series will ever feel as epic or authentic as the books or the movies.
I started playing it a few months ago, its a brilliant game and it was a shame I never tried a game like it before.
@@francistaylor1822 well at least we’re here now so better late than never
I remember hearing that in the background. Okami was fuming. 😂
Okami was pissed🤣
Same bro, nothing like it. I played Dark souls 3 after Elden Ring as my 2nd from game. Then all the others, bloodborne down to dark souls 1. The best for me when i think of the environments and bosses etc...Dark souls 3 screams at me and i find myself loading the game back up just to be there for a few moments. Dunmo why. Elden Ring was the best ive ever played then dark souls. Bloodborne wouldve been my fav if it wasnt for the bloodvial farming. Lol. I just prefer starting with all potions thanks haha
@@edensmit6736 oh man you definitely have more experience with FromSoftware games than me but I’m glad you enjoyed all of them. I look forward to playing more of their games.
I still gotta finish it lol I beat like 40% of it at my friend's house but only played for a few hours on my Steam account so it's basically starting over.
@@PilaCiu you’ll get to it in a few years just like me going through my backlog lol
Hey bro yeah man i felt the same for the game but Sekiro it kinda prepared me this ER. Yhen again those are the only Fromsoftware games uve played in my life and even RPG style game( played both in the time period of year and a half. Great Great game for sure top or top 10 in best games of all time.
I definitely want to try Sekiro next. I know it's way different but I'm excited to try but I agree that Elden Ring is one of the best games of all time and more people should try it.
@@KesslersArcade Sekiro has this beautiful combat system that I personally felt was tough to learn but easy to master. I struggled at the beginning with the mechanics etc, but somehow managed to reach one specific boss who is the most perfect skill check in the game. If you beat him, the rest clicked - not it made the game or later bosses any easier though. But the combat system is just perfect, and nothing yet has come close.
@@SirStoneyOfBow oh man this definitely hypes me up more to play it. I personally always loved games about Japanese culture and history so that was a huge reason of why I want to play it since it has so much inspiration from that. Also it looks like a lot fun and I definitely expect it to challenge me.
Ayeeee. Another great video man. I'm thrilled to inspire you to play these games. Hilarious that you included one of the HUNDREDS of moments I died. XD. Ggs man. I still loved that Radahn kill. Using Vow and your mimic using Scarlet Aeonia like 4-5 times in a row.
Of course, you had to be in the video. I wouldn't have been able to play Elden Ring if it wasn't for you and other people I watched. My mimic just wanted to share his green thumb with Radahn.
When you did a trick it look like boo was taunting the person who got hit by the blue shell lol

It was fun
I love Edward as a character so much. He spends his earlier life thinking he knows exactly what he wants, when really he has no idea what kind of person he is and what he cares about. Every single goal he states in the first half of the game is absolutely delusional, and he’s in denial about so many things. They’re all just things to run after to stay busy. He doesn’t genuinely believe in anything, and seems to want a purpose, and to belong. I always felt like Edward met Kidd and realised that everybody else had something they believed in, not in the future but in the present. And he slowly realises that he doesn’t actually want to spend the rest of his life running from the consequences of his own actions, leaving ruined lives and no true gain, full of guilt he tries not to think about. And starts coming to terms with reality, and to think ahead, to do what is good instead of what’s easy. I love that his final scene is him saying something extremely genuine, acknowledging how he really feels at the moment and what he valued, speaking not for his own comfort but someone else’s. He’s still Edward… but wiser, kinder and much more honest with himself.
@@atlas956 he had to lose a great many things to finally understand but yes he eventually did grow to be kinder and would carry out his redemption with the English brotherhood until he was killed
