I haven't heard this before and I fully believe that it would cut way better if it were stiffer but to be honest I kind of doubt that it is sharper than a freshly sharpened, good quality knife. Because I witnessed a few times that these expensive Japanese kitchen knives cut through everything with very little pressure if you want it or not.

When you learn English but live in a household with non-native English speaking parents you learn a LOT less colloquialisms, idioms, slang and cultural references in English. It's not a bad thing, it's just a thing. Think of all the things you learn BECAUSE your parents learned English as adults. I've taught lots of English classes to adults and especially doctors and nurses focusing on Medical English terminology, verbal examination, bedside manner and phone calls. Lots of people would have LOVED to move to an English speaking country as a young adolescent like Dr. Mike so they could learn English before their mid 20s when some people can start in earnest because they have to focus on getting a degree. But yeah....the idioms of a new language are a lifelong knowledge gap but a lifetime of learning enjoyment. Just ask Victor Borge, Ismo or Yakov Smirnov... All comedians who turned the exploration of their second language into an art form.

As a heavily medicated bipolar individual, I hope you know how much you help us just with these silly videos. I've been disassociating, having panic attacks, or akathesia, and sometimes this is all I need. Just the distraction to let it pass. I at one point also got certified as a Pharm Tech and was studying to be a pharmacist but because of some personal and mental health issues I had to decline that career. And through you I still get to learn. So thank you Dr Mike from the bottom of my heart. Truly.

I can finally sleep without having panic inducing nightmares, it doesn't let my heart rate go up when I sleep because I take it at night and it's really helped my anxiety attacks during the day!

Speaking to the whole "giving results over the phone" thing, I was told over the phone by someone in the office I didn't know that I had cancer and they would set up the referral to an oncologist. Seriously so messed up, especially considering I was home alone at the time. That was 3 years ago and I'm 2 years cancer free.

Usually you have the pump bottles or those small capped ones on keychains for personal use) and no rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide. It'll sting but it will kill off anything inside, just use it sparingly because the living tissues and platelets and stuff can get damaged if too much is applied, so it won't heal. (This is just based on my experiences, also don't use this on deep wounds) Also about paper cuts, I've gotten one from cardboard before

7:10 The reason probably is, you spent the whole day being stressed, and possibly unhappy too. Now that you're in a peaceful environment, your psyche kinda doesn't wanna let it go. It's your time, not being "rented" to whomever you work for, not dedicated to anybody but you.
I've been experiencing that, saw a blog post years ago that explained it perfectly, felt less alone. Since then I've read several more social media posts showing lots of people felt the same way.
Another explanation could be, and this time it's me speculating. You're still too anxious from your day, and need time to cool down, until your subconscious decides it's safe enough to sleep.
