Girl, I feel that way in the afternoon, too! Quiet time with a bowl is my personal fix. Adding a run to my routine (something still brand new) seems to be helping also.

If you don't rinse the HELL out of it until the water runs crystal clear then it can tastes bitter and grainy. The white kind is the most pleasant imo.

something that helps me re: earthquakes is that the “littler” quakes help relieve pressure so it doesn’t build up and cause a really big earthquake. also, I think making yourself a healthy meal is definitely a productive thing to do!
