Born Nov 1974 so I’ll be 50 in a few months and I still bang my head to this. Saw Limp twice and they were awesome especially when they played with Korn and Metallica one show.
I saw Limp, Korn, Metallica, Kid Rock, Powerman 5k, Static X, and System of a Down all at one concert in Atlanta once maybe late 2000, James from Metallica couldn't perform so everyone else there came out and sang the Metallica songs, others were playing Lar's kit/metallicas instruments and DJ lethal and Uncle Cracker were on the turn tables during metallicas set, it was the greatest concert I've ever been too and I went to many many concerts from the early 90's-2010's
Dude, ur soul is definitely a Generation X!!!!! One of us.....one of us!!!!! Limp was not a 1 hit wonder!!!! They have a greatest hits cd. Wanta laugh ur ass off? Watch the video by Limp Bizkit from a few years back called Dad Vibes. I laugh my ass off every time I watch it. I'm barely Gen X but proud to be it!!!
@@StaxReacts also, u should compare Faith by George Michael and Faith by Limp. If u like different genre covers, check out Smoothe Criminal by Michael Jackson vs the same title by Alien Ant Farm.
Great reaction, bro! Limp Bizkit have so many bangers! They are heavily hip hop oriented. I think you'd also love "Rollin", "Gold Cobra" and "N 2 Gether Now" 🔥
This album, Chocolate Starfish and the Hotdog Flavored Water was kind of hit and miss for me especially since I considered the album prior, Significant Other, nu-metal perfection and LB perfection, but it had a lot of good tracks. Take a Look Around was cool based on the Mission Impossible theme ( done for Mission Impossible 2). Rollin' has two versions, the rock version called Air Raid Vehicle, but the rap version called Urban Assault Vehicle with DMX, Redman, and Meth.... ZOMGZ... Full Nelson is kind of cool. My Way is very introspective. Livin' It Up is kind of cool... Getcha Groove On with Xzibit isn't too bad. Hold On with Scott Weiland was so eerie.
so it has been a few days so I will let you know what I am talking about with the title of the album....here we go. Chocolate Starfish is also what Cornholio needs TP for.....His um Bunghole. Plenty of rumors about the hot dog water having other meanings but i think it was an inside joke of the band. I am sure Dr. Google will back up this fun fact for me. Hope you have a great day Stax and look how close to 18,000 you are bro. Bravo man maybe by the time you see this you will be at 20K. Keep up the great work man.
What?! They're one of the biggest, most known bands in metal history. Fred Durst broke through fully into the mainstream, was in games, films, WWE, sat at awards shows with the biggest musicians to exist at the time, was 100% a part of general pop culture in the 2000s. They are absolutely NOT underrated.
I'm literally at a Limp Bizkit concert right now.😂😂
Hahha dude!!!! Nice! I was at their concert on the 11th, man it was freakin amazing! So glad I didn’t miss it!
Tell Fred I said hello
I'm GenX. I'm 56 years old and I rocked this when it was first released and I still do. And yes we all still feel this way
I'd high five you fellow GenXer, but my knees may not take it.
Gen X still feels this way. Leave us the fuck alone lol.
100% man I got 50+ laps around the sun under my belt and don't give 2 *ucks about what anyone thinks about me and just leave us alone.
🤣
