. We need more more TMKS to save our country from fanatics. Music is beyond religion. When The Creator himself did not differentiate between Hindu or Muslim or Christian while giving this gift to humans why bother about a few narrow minded people who try to strangulate the spirit of unity
Maybe 'saving the country from fanatics' is not exactly where a singer has comparative advantage. But, of course, 'tilting at windmills' is an ancient subsidiary activity for many artists.
While this song should be sung in slow tempo (as most of Dikshitar's compositions), TMK's extreme slow tempo puts one to sleep. Very hard for the Mridangam artist.
I agree in part that this music should be slow in tempo and pensive considering the background/circumstance in which Dikshitar composed this piece. Of course, TM Krishna is much slower during the charanam phase. However, considering the way most of the other artists presented this sahithyam , Krish's is the best. He emulates the pensive mood well.
TM Krishna does Nadhopasana with Divine Oneness !!!!! God Blessed!!!!

The accompanying artists are also too good. Perfectly matching the vocalist. Hats off to all. Very divine. May we know the accompanying artists name
Wonderful!

No need of comparisons.
@@sharadaarkalgud5693 Why not? TMK is soo good
Violin overlay on vocal is too loud. The lyrics are almost inaudible in most places.
Is it Akkarai on the violin?
