MLB CORPORATION... True fools... - Alter and Corrupt the game... - Charge people thru media to see the American pasttime - that was always free... - Provide apps that constantly malfunction. - And FAIL to do the most obvious necessities... - Like GIVE THE DATE of a supposedly CLASSIC game that you choose to upload... - Obviously a Evil BUISNESS.... Of the devil
The Sabermetrics Departments would frown upon that these days. No pitcher in Major League Baseball threw 120 or more Pitches in a Game during the 2024 Season. Sabermetrics Departments are killing the Starting Pitcher with Bullpenning, Innings Limits, and Batters Faced Limits.
This was about 20 pitches more than his pitch limit. Johan was coming off shoulder surgery, and the Mets never had a no hitter. Many Mets fans still believe that this was the game that ruined the rest of Johan’s career, but he will always be remembered for this.
@@nicholasagius6427 officially yes. Literally no. The umpire blew a call, calling a fair ball foul which was down the line and therefore would be a hit
Oh my I remember this one like it was yesterday, wasn't at the game but watched it on TV in real time

Thanks for this classic game and also what an accomplishment for the Venezuelan ace pitcher. No hitter against best offense of that season
Johan Santana was a truly special pitcher before his injuries.
One of the best change ups ever
2012 season was one of the best for pitching like 2010 season
Lets talk about this random goon getting tackled at 2:06:17 😂
Hired goons?
What a day this was.
Should list the date in the description.
The p.e.d king! Ol' mark Mcguire, can't belive he's still associated with the game of baseball.
Dude was a stud in MN
134 pitches. Players and coaches today are wondering how that is even possible.

The non-no-hitter that was.
2:06:16 Who's this clown that ran onto the field trying to ruin the moment?
Can’t give away his cards, idk why his value is so down? Always thought he was a good player.
The "no-hitter" that wasn't
It was though

Not a real no hitter.
