✨ Lychee smoothie ✨

**𝙄𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙩: 𝘐𝘧 𝘶 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘭𝘺𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘦 𝘫𝘶𝘪𝘤𝘦, 𝘰𝘮𝘪𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘤𝘶𝘣𝘦𝘴~
I love this drink :)
I remember going to Pizza Company, and ordering this drink~
Now that i can make one myself, i can enjoy this drink at anytime (sadly, not anywhere 🥲)
U can replace the canned lychee (some people call it "litchi") with the fresh ones
The reason I'm using canned lychee's bc the fresh ones aren't sweet~
And if u use sweeteners in ur smoothies, u'll go...uk....thicker
I want to look ✨SLIM✨, so i have to prevent myself from eating too much dinner, snacks, sugars and fats
Trust me...it's not fun when u see peoples eating burgers, pizzas, coke, fanta, and other fast food...
but one thing to remind urself to stop urself drooling: The person u've seen eating fast food, are usually THICK people :)
It takes up to 3 months diet (i don't lessen my meals much), u eat veggies, oats, seeds, water, fresh fruits, and no sugar, no fat~
Means no Kentucky Fried Chickens...or McDonalds (this is making me hungry 🥲)
It's almost like putting urself thru torture, but at least u won't have too much illness (especially, cramps...) when u get older :)
Whenever u use a canned fruit, pls keep the sugar water (i hope that's what it's called 😭), most of the fruit concentrations are inside the syrup~
Also when u'r not eating any fats (that means oil too) and sugar, ur voice can also change, so does ur face and skin :)
(but u have to eat fruits and veggies everyday, so u don't look like u have no food to eat)
To be honest, home cooked food taste greater than the ones u eat at the malls (and don't ask why, but i found that out recently)
