@@catchingupkate LOL! My wife is exactly the same. I have a tendency to see connections, revealing offhand comments, and twists that are being set up long before their reveals: Assumed the ending of "Lost" right after episode 1, Never watched a Shyamalan movie that I didnt mistakenly reveal the twist early, and forget Mysteries like "Knives Out", "Glass Onion", "Get Out", "Us", "The Others", or even "Donnie Darko", as they wind up being movies I watch to see how long it takes the characters to catch on to what's going on. All that being said, I struggled with Attack on Titan on several occasions as what you think you know gets challenged often. I am so enamored with this show and its writing I can confidently say I know for a fact you have already missed many important clues that will not seem like clues until much later on. The second watch is full of revelations you will wonder how you missed. Not a detail is wasted or useless nor is a line of dialogue just that. Hope you are having fun!
Thank you, I’m having a lot of fun, and I’m hoping to watch a lot in the next two days! I love hearing how deep and how many details there are to go back and notice with this story. I’m a big fan of video essays so I’m looking forward to watching some once I finish the series and see everything I missed!

Things are getting dark....er, I suppose. We didn't exactly start on a light and fluffy note! It's interesting to see some things hinted at here that get fleshed out more...goes to show a lot of this story really was planned out beforehand! As far as the gear everyone uses to get around and fight, there's a few different names for it. The proper term is "three dimensional maneuver gear," though the English manga translated it as "vertical maneuvering gear," and the English dub of the anime went with "Omni-Directional maneuver gear," which was frequently shortened to ODM Gear. Kind of a mouthful no matter the route you go! It's definitely one of the coolest things in this setting that really helps to set it apart!
I will do my best to remember what they are called but I fear I will slip and call it web slinging device a few more times 😭 I end up watching each episode about 3 times. I have even taken to watching/listening to the English dubs while I'm working. There are so many details! It will be interesting to go back through my notes once I finish the series.

As long as there's great storytelling I don't mind at all and so far I'm not disappointed at all! I always recommend the Dead Djinn series by P. Djeli Clarke, kinda obvious who the villain is in the novel but the atmosphere and writing are so good I reread it all the time.
PIXIS!
RIP Eren. You were the best false protagonist
🥲 what about the keyyyyyyyyyyy

Welcome to back 😎😎😎
Great yours reactions 💪💪💪
Keep like this and get redy to fall in love with this masterpiece more
I'm excited 😉😉😉
Thank you 💚! I took a long weekend off of work to binge watch 😬 I love it!
Difference from the Manga: (Ep5)
Anime:
When Mikasa tells Eren to be careful, she takes his hand.
Manga:
she simply put her hand on his shoulder.
I've been thinking about reading the manga when I finish the series 🤔
2:05 its called Omni Directional Maneuver Gear. You can call it ODM Gear for short. 😊
ODM sounds good to me! 😂
Excellent attention to detail, and subtle foresight! These traits will serve you well and become your worst enemy. 😁 Doing Great!
Thank you 😬 My husband cracked up at this comment, he won't watch thriller or mystery movies with me anymore 😂
