Hey, do you know if one day pass covers all bus lines? I would like to use the Red Bus, Seibu Bus and Kusakaru Kotsu Bus. Also where to buy it? I saw that tourist center opens at 9am and also the first bus starts at the same time😢

I do know that the Karuizawa free pass does cover all the buses, but I didn’t buy because it did not pay off for my itinerary and also not sure where to buy it.
The bus stop for the red bus is not at Karuizawa Station, but 15 mins walk away.
Maybe you can go to the station earlier to ask or plan to take the second bus instead?
