we have the internet now, so we can look it up if we so choose, and many like myself will skip that intro after the first time, unless they make it interesting like Weeds and Game of Thrones
We remembered their names because they were good. We still remember the names of the good actors, they are just far too few of them.
In my opinion, it works just as well if the names are shown in the credits at the end. The only condition for this is that the credits need to have a good design and/or soundtrack. If they have that, I will always watch them until the end and learn the names of the actors and actresses.
If you grew up in the 80s you can totally relate. 😅😅😅😅
Well done!!!👏👏👏👏👏
Nice redo of that show it really needed a 1980s touch you hit right on the button.
Heels Vs Babyface brought me here. This is awesome!!!
This is gold lol
I was alive in the 80s. This gave me chills. I would totally have watched this.
You were born in December of 1989? Wow!
Auralnauts Star Wars has NEVER let me down, just lifted me up!
I was waiting for the "Ahsoka heroically overcomes age and arthritis" in the training sequence, but the EPIC DRUM FILL at @2:17 made up for it, in spades! It truly was a symphony of octapads and 303 soundfiles.
I lost it so hard at "A pilot, with the heart of a pilot". Brilliant!
Almost expected to see Michael Knight show up in 'K.I.T.T.' to save the day! Very nicely done.
K.I.T.T. with two T's.
@@stevekramerf242 Cheers, amended accordingly.
I did not expect to laugh so hard! excellent writing! ... and nice musical choices!
This brings me back man - I remember watching this show after school back in 1986 when I wasn't even born yet
Classic
"remember watching this show back... when I wasn't even born yet"
.
Irl-lol at that plot-twist, thanks for that. XD
It's a show that was so good your parents passed on its awesomeness to you genetically. You were born to love this show.
I remember this back in the fall of 86' the first season was awesome with 12 episodes and the second season brought the same energy although the production was plagued by infighting and clashing amongst the different personalities in the cast, numerous rewrites and financial difficulties and unfortunately we only got 4 episodes before it was abruptly cancelled.
And replace with a sitcom about a really cute woman who had a fat, schlubby husband, and 2.5 wise cracking kids.
@@Corbomite_Meatballs a fat Schlumberger of a husband and a really cute wife, is she a redhead? Fred Flintstone? No, 2.5 wisecracking kids? the Simpsons !!!
Sounds like the second season of Buck Rodgers!
@@robertwhitworth8352 Damn... even ~9yo me knew that writing was trash. In retrospect, what they lacked in writing, they made up for in skin-tight (or just non-existent) costuming.
I used to watch this every Friday night when I was in middle school back in "81". It came on after Dukes of Hazard, and right before Miami Vice.
I thought that was Knight Rider and Riptide?
I gotta tell ya, this really hit my funny bone. I have met her (Rosario) in person, one of her relatives lives down the street from me. She is so skinny and tiny. A cute little girl. You just have to pause it at 2:23. Seriously though, you know she is having fun making this.
I love that they used the original score and made it an 80's masterpiece.
I live for these retro credit cover songs. Another fine addition to my collection.
Also, the "And Hayden Christensen" made my heart sing :)
Hayden Christensen is the new Ken

Az sent me. So I will repost my comment here: HOLE-EEEE-CRAP! This was Amazing!!! 9,999 / 10 for sarcasm alone Here comes another Star War!
The zoom-and-blur on that Ahsoka - RIP-Ray fight was a flash of period brilliance.
