    Thank you for this tutorial. I have had this problem in the past. It is very distracting especially after 1/2 pattern is complete.

    I was told that if a design had over 8_K stitches to double the stabilizer by inserting the additional piece under the attached hoop

      Hi Joyce, we never ever double up our stabilizer, as it provides even more fabric and thickness for the needle to go through. For designs with heavier stitches, I'd simply work with one layer of medium-weight cutaway stabilizer. Thanks!
