Hi Nick, Happy New Year. A million thanks for this Hokkien Mee video at Sea Park. I was in KL a few years ago, and passed by this restaurant several times not knowing this famous Hokkien Mee restaurant. Thank to you, now I can visit this restaurant on my next trip to KL, and order the Hokkien Mee, Loh Mee, Yin Yong Kung Fu Chow. They all look so delicious. I'll be there before 5pm else it gets too crowded.
Happy New Year Ronnie! Yes, this Hokkien Mee is now on top of my list. But if possible do insist the husband cook with charcoal. When there are way too many people, the wife will cooks too with gas stove, which im sure is not as tasty as charcoal fire.
Aloha ! The noodles look so good. Never ever seen pork lard (g yeow char) being made before. In another video, Mengelembu (Man Lay Mung) is a sub-urb of Ipoh, on the southwest region. Thank you for sharing.
KL福建面是没有勾茨的,老萍也没有,那是调味料。福建面是要焖到收汁才是真功夫。勾茨的那种福建面是没心没功夫的人。真正传统的福建面必须加入大地鱼粉炒但很多都不放了,成本太贵了。
我也在想是不是左口鱼粉,那天又不好意思问他,怕是独家秘方。谢谢你提醒🙏

下次去kl一定要去了,沙巴这里福建面已经没有人放猪肝了,而且就算叫加猪油渣也没他酱多,好可惜好遗憾好失望。
