Nice vid. I've got a question......In my flight school we are instructed to never tighten up the oil dipstick too tightly. Is that accurate or should it actually be tightened? In this vid they had a hard time getting that thing loose (2:02-2:10).
Your school is correct. You shouldn't tighten it too much; if the oil gets cooler, it'll cause a suction type effect making it difficult to open it again!!!
