@@sadsader100yearsago9 hey! Unfortunately I wasn’t able to do mine a few days ago since problems with uniforms, and so I couldn’t get mine and therefore couldn’t go. The next orientation flights are on the 13th, so I hope I can get them done. And if you’re looking to sign up, cool! If you haven’t you should attend some of their meetings as a guest and get familiarized with the program. Hope it goes well!

Gliding is not a massive thing in the US, however in the UK it is. I find it fascinating to see how other countries fly gliders! Here in the UK, you can fly a glider solo at 14! I am one of them!

1 how old do you have to be to fly the glider and how long is training

you have to be 14 at least and if your in civil air patrol it makes it alot easier to go up in one
