Well that's insane! I am pretty sure I was stood next to you as you filmed the 4300 coming in to Lintor Town 😮 It's a beautiful layout - gave me lots of ideas and inspiration
My favourite layouts in this video are Wiveliscombe, Kinlochlaggen and The Royal Albert Bridge layouts because I love all the steam hauled passenger trains!
What a great video of the show - wasn't it fabulous! I loved the 'Holmeshurst' layout (at 27:07) which was beautifully built and had loads of family history incorporated into it, and also 'Arun Quay' with the well-dressed man enjoying a day's fishing! 🚂🚃🚃
Wiveliscombe (OO Gauge) - My late father built this layout with his friend Derek. My brother and I, plus Derek's two sons, grew up with this layout, exhibiting it all across the country. When dad passed away last March we decided it was time to pass the layout on to a new owner. So glad to see it still being exhibited and looking as good as ever.
Your father and his friend did an excellent job. It is a wonderful layout and I thoroughly enjoyed seeing it. I hope it will be at future shows so I can spend longer watching.
Meeennnnn Loved the Cambrian and Saltash bridge layouts especially, would have loved to have seen more of the latter! It seems that you and the lads had a soft spot for Lintor town
Layouts seem to get better every every year. Love the Brunel bridge. Thanks guys. Dave

Wow - I should have worn my GAD T Shirt so that you would have recognised me, ha!

I filmed The Royal Abert Bridge more in my Basingstoke video. Cambrian I would have stayed but they weren't running much if anything. Much love.
how much did they charge entry this year to get in ?
£12 adult ticket, which included two free under 16 children tickets.
