Hi Jon, nice review. One question. Now I have the soundcore sport, the small, but I am a good sound lover and Anker products. I am just a follower of them by the soundcore that I have. But, do you think there is a great difference with the sound, comparing the XL with the sport normal? I want a clear sound with the same level or better of hights and mids that have the sport normal, and better bass, so sacrifying weight and size. What do you think, is interesting the change for a good sound?

+Bill Robbins Bluetooth is wireless. You can use an 1/8" audio cable too as a source.
FYI , for those who bought the Anker Soundcore Sport XL speaker for their PC / HP computer and find it pairs up ( you can see the icon) but doesn't connect......try holding down the Minus & Plus or the Minus & Bluetooth Icon on the Anker unit and it should connect. Otherwise . with a Tablet or Smartphone, it should pair up right away . Just forwarding what worked for me in case others have issues connecting to their PC.
Does the bass radiator at the back move when a song with bass comes on? Great review you have my subscribe

Unfortunately mine was a disappointment. Range was grossly overrated and usb port failed. I consider it a poorly made product and I would never buy from Anker again.
