Something you and aisha said really affected me that it's not the years I up u live that counts but the quality of the life you have. Someone could live miserably to the age of 102 and had a horrible life or live to 30 but of filled life with the best experiences and loved the most amazing people and been loved by them in return and the quality of the years is really what matters emily it really is. You've made me realise that and that cancer and any other illness or an accident even can happen to anyone at any time in our lives so we need live our lives to the best every day and every minute, I'm a mum and it's made me value my life and my children so much more thinking like that, I want everyday with my family and friends to be a happy day and the people I love to know that I love them from the bottom of my heart so thank you so much for touching so many people by sharing your precious beautiful life with us emily. You not only are in great shape and keep it up pretty much daily, you are kicking the shit out of cancer and the radiotherapy side effects! I don't think we have that in America. I wish I could go see you over the pond. I have some physical and mental issues, and on some days I feel like crap at the gym and unmotivated but I try to make myself do something unless I'm dog piss weak. (heart and lung are shitty and then the mental side of it.) But you really are an inspiration. I too don't know my life span but I'm not ready to just lie down and wait either. I suffer from anxiety and depression off work for a year. I look at your strength were people like me would become weak. Makes you realise how much people need to stop using the excuses in putting your life on hold for anything its a delicate thing that we all dont appreciate enough. Great news about your hand! You're a true warrior and such an inspiration. I've been off sick for a year with PTSD after a sexual assault last May. I hardly leave the house because of anxiety and flashbacks and am having trauma therapy. I light my Liz Earle candles, lie back, watch your latest vlog and am in awe of you.

Emily, I legit just looked up Body Power and looked for your name in the athletes section. Really, you deserve to be on the roster. You not only are in great shape and keep it up pretty much daily, you are kicking the shit out of cancer and the radiotherapy side effects! I don't think we have that in America. I wish I could go see you over the pond. I have some physical and mental issues, and on some days I feel like crap at the gym and unmotivated but I try to make myself do something unless I'm dog piss weak. (heart and lung are shitty and then the mental side of it.) But you really are an inspiration. I too don't know my life span but I'm not ready to just lie down and wait either. Thank you for these videos. :)
