I bought them on sale recetly, I did two treatments a day for around a week and got decent results. Minimal sensitivity. Pretty much all over the counter products in Australia have similar results to these - American crest 3d strips are the best

Thanks Holly for giving your honest review and letting us know that you're not affiliated with the product.
I've been using the Oral B toothbrush you recommended. My RDH said that my teeth are good!
If people go to a dentist for teeth whitening, what would you recommend that is less/not perversive?
You mentioned Hydrogen peroxide and yeah that doesn't sound very fun

Hi Aidan :) I am so happy you like your Oral-B toothbrush!
The best way of teeth whitening is in the dental office and performed by a dental professional. However, that can be expensive, and there are take-home teeth whitening strips that can be used that are extremely effective.
My favourite is amzn.to/3HaYN5p (Crest Whitestrips). The link is my affiliate link to Amazon. I would just check with your RDH that your teeth and gums are okay to use this product, for example, if you have any fillings on your front teeth, the filling will not whiten.
I always recommend having a dental cleaning prior to teeth whitening :) I hope this is enough info for you. And thank you for your other comment about my kitty cat! I have three now! 😸

Hi Holly! Love the video. Do you think it's possible to use the strips on reconstructed teeth? I had to do a filling on one of my upper tooth because it recently broke: would the color difference be noticeable?

Hi Alice! Thanks for your comment ❤️it is okay to use them on the fake tooth structure but the strips will have no effect on the fake tooth structure. The beauty of strips is that you could use them until you feel happy with the result even if you don't finish all the strips. Let's say you do half the treatment, your happy with the results, you can just stop. Although to be honest, I would opt to use Crest Whitestrips instead. Use a toothpaste containing potassium nitrate for at least two weeks prior to whitening and do not rinse your mouth or eat or drink for 30 minutes after (so you get the highest absorption of potassium nitrate to desensitize the tooth). Crest white strips are by far more effective. Hope this helped! ❤️

hello thank you for this video! I live in Switzerland and I ordered hismile products (I took their toothpaste the pack with all the aromas, the PAP+ toothpaste, I also took their two powders, the PAP+ one and the violet for optical whitening, the PAP+ strips, the purple serum, the purple foam and the dental plaque revealer) suddenly you say that toothpastes should not be rinsed off? yet on the packaging it says to rinse. and for powders, even pap+ powder is not good?

      Hi LushyWorld!
Thanks for taking the time to comment on the video! I hope you are doing well :) I am sorry for the late response as I have been on summer holidays.
Some HiSmile products are effective and are a great addition to oral health routines, such as their toothpaste and even the PAP+ strips, and there are scientific studies to back up the product's effectiveness.
However, products such as the purple serum and foam will not whiten teeth. The purple serum and foam leave a thin layer of purple on the teeth that reflect light differently, making your teeth look white. But when this thin layer of purple is washed off through rinsing, eating, drinking, and just salivating over time, there is no purple left on the teeth to reflect the light differently, so your teeth go back to their original shade/colour.
      I hope this helps!
      Holly 😊

    what toothpaste do you recommend

      Hi Brandon 👋
Depends on the specific needs of the patient, but for me I use Sensodyne ProNamel! I love it because it is formulated to protect the teeth from acid, as well, it does not contain SLS (sodium lauryl sulphate) which can be irritating to the gum tissue for some people. SLS hurts my gums so I avoid it in toothpaste.
      Hope this has helped :)
