love the video so far, i paused it to post that i learned to use mayo, vs egg, as the binder and works even better, also, i add corn starch to my breading, makes if crispier, and check the filets for bones as they are often around what would be the rib area. but wowza, yours looks soooo good.

A quick tip I learned recently that really works: Put your lemons in the microwave for 10 secs and then juice them. It helps them give up more juice. Teach on Charlie!

No matter what you do in life, do your best, do it right. So if you're picking up trash off the ground, do it well. Not really. I eat Catfish plain as is. Some people eat it with Tartar sauce.
