Now this brings back memories. Now all I need is a mtn dew from a pop machine that doesn’t work and the sound of old men at the parts counter grumbling about $0.85 diesel prices. Good times
Fun to watch. We run a 13' 445 with three deep till shanks behind a 185. Had a 435 before that. Also run a 226 field cultivator and 271 disc. Oliver/White made the best tillage equipment.
Boy this bring back memories. I remember seeing some the white equipments at a county fair when I was a lil tyke walking with my folks. Thanks for sharing 👍🏾
We had a local company 40 years ago that built there own chisel plows ,most are still in use on dry farms around this area ,Hess manufacturing was the name I belive ,great vidio
I’ve heard of them, but only just recently. I had seen pictures of them before but no one could identify them, which was pretty funny because the damn things are turquoise and stick out like a sore thumb 😂
That very cool video you don't see that any more plus the equipment too I do know where there is a oliver chisel plow is and is still in use Good video
Interesting to see those for sure and it never made sense to me why they did not stick with some of the white designs and carry it on with the glencoe line
Only issue i have is the plow is heavier then like a 1710 Deere yes but the White spring towers not any thicker. Have had to reinforce most of the 9 where the top of the tower breaks off. But love the plow overall!
I'm not trolling or anything just curious how TH-cam works. Do they allow you to make money on this video or because it's copyrighted that it won't count toward your earnings? Or cause it's older than some age can it be posted?
White was a hell of a tractor but do to a poor dealer network and poor farm economy and over rated John deere they didn't have a chance to survive the 80's
Always like seeing older commercials. Today, it would be all about the electronics that it has

Always enjoy seeing them old promotion videos from all the manufacturers!!
Love seeing these. Thank you for sharing
Great video thank you for sharing
These old promotional video are great. I remember them from when I was younger. I bet that fifty foot one took some healthy balls to pull!
I think that 4-225 would have had its hands full in most conditions.
That was fun to watch... It reminded me of falling asleep on my grandparents sofa as a kid watching the Dallas TV show intro.
Nice, back when promotional videos were actually interesting to watch. Thanks for sharing!
I love farm equipment from the 80s back on down. Thank for the video.
Thanks for sharing Ethan!
Loved the video, thank you Ethan
A tractor without electronics and def hell yeah 👍
Good to see older equipment all can talk about today is about computers and GPS technology
Still use a 435 disc chisel. Definitely built tough. Remember seeing these old videos. Thanks for taking the time to upload them.
Cool, old videos. I wish there were more out there like this those white chisel plows were heavy duty
Field obstacles. Lol. Better know as rocks. Thanks for posting.
Oh i could watch these videos all day long!
Love these Promo Videos. Keep them coming.

Very cool sorry behind on videos
Looks like they were well built.
The best disk chisels of their time.
Very good quality conversion..
Not to bad considering how long the tapes sat in that basement out in the open
Very cool man. Iv been looking forward to these
Alright!
So cool thank for this
💯
If Oliver/White were still in business, they would send these modern-day guys back to the barn. 😅
Neat
Interesting to see those for sure and it never made sense to me why they did not stick with some of the white designs and carry it on with the glencoe line
Or just keep the white tillage tools all together like they did with the planters.
That's cool!
Nice!
Just think if they were still around today

Nothing is perfect
I’m sold, where can I get one?
I love watching these old sales ads and product line introduction videos. Not so much character in them anymore.
Are you interested in a 12 shank 435? Would look good on your big tractor
Don’t have anything that would pull it.

We’re those made in south bend?
Until the plant closed yes.
Would have been better if they left Oliver alone.
Yep
