bro one tip from my side. while doing this blur effect kindly disable audio of 2nd clip. otherwise both audio will clash. I just faced this problem

This tool is absolute pain in the ass for dynamic blurs. Thanks for the tips and video, but it's time consuming and the program is absolutely BASIC af.
it could be done through transform tool too ? this is best video.
