Who is credited to making the decision to create a Lean culture there? I drive by Titus Ave where your place is every morning and afternoon on County Line Road to go to my job in North Wales. Did someone just start implementing all these little changes and it caught like wild fire? Did someone ask to have a meeting with the owners to ask what they felt about it? How did that come together?...
