I have seen many great videos of AME tours, but for some reason, this one is very special. This is truly inspiring.

Yet another fantastic tour. Looks like the quality of each and every product coming from your shop floor is top notch. Well done to the whole team for delivering a lean solution. And thanks for sharing, very inspirational!

Only thing missing is safety shoes for the workers so as to prevent accidents

Thank you for the note Mathivanan. All our staff in the steel fabrication, powder coating, or packaging areas wear steel-toe shoes, but we don't have this requirement for the sewing teams.

Thank you for the note, Leo. I remember hearing Paul say that if Toyota was 100, then FastCap was 5. At our factory, we consistently remind our team that if FastCap is 100, we're just a 5!! 😂

Suguestion why not have the excess netting on a low net covered trolley to keep it off the floor

That's a great suggestion. We've wondered about having an individual bin or trolley that moves through the sewing process with each net. So maybe incorporating netting on the trolley is the way to go. I really appreciate the idea.

@@normohara thats ok sometimes a different person or way of looking at something can help and or asking an odd question can lead you down a rabbit hole that opens up lots of possibilities
