I did the same exact thing when I bought my bike last year. Looked on Facebook Market for about 3 months before I bought my 2010 R6 for $4100. You guys got that bike for a steal you ask me. Love it bro.

I bought a 2006 GSXR600 back in 2019 with 22,000 miles super clean and running strong for $2,800. I was lucky to get it for a low price and with a title. Original fairings were in pristine condition. I replaced them with blue color with the big Suzuki letters. Many would think it’s a 2015 now until they see the headlight that screams 2006. I love the look and the sound of the m4 which it also came with it. I only had to change the chain and sprockets.

Got a 2017 Mira Red GSXR-1000 5486, and opposed to the 3252 that they advertised for $9000!! Got it from Wisconsin and shipped to CT!

No she had a ninja 250R.. then in a video last yr I believe. She got on D'S giver 1000 in a parking lot and loved it.. that just made her drive for a bigger bike even bigger. She sold her 250 and has been looking a 600 since the sale of that bike..

New to the channel lol. When I got my first 07 GSXR 600 I got it for $3600 that had about 27,000 miles I think. I got really reeeeally lucky to have that offer accepted but the guy made about $1500 profit off that since he built it from the ground up when it was wrecked. New fairings, painted the frame, wheels, and new functioning parts etc to have it working clean :) Offers over here in NYC are tad bit lower for decent deal since there are more of these bikes selling like crazy (because more people/sellers)

i got very lucky and picked up my first bike ever, a 2013 Ninja ZX6R 636 with 5700 miles on it for $6,700. I found it on craigslist and it was posted over a month ago, its got a few mods on it, never been dropped and i had a friend drive it about 2 hours to get it home. He was very envious of the deal i got. So far, great start to my first season! thanks for sharing this video!

i bought this same bike brand new in 2007, i loved it very much!
when I was looking for a bike I came across so many that didn't have a title and the ones that did have the title would be sold by the day I was supposed to go see them. I got my 08 CBR1000RR from my brother for $4,500 with 28,000 miles. it mainly just needed fairing mounting hardware. I ended up picking up a set of Repsol fairings on eBay for $400 that actually turned out really good.

Dope! I paid 3800 for my second bike (07 CBR600RR-19k miles) on marketplace. I really wanted stock so I can do do what...I wanted to do. And picked mine up and the end of December. It’s was cold as balls 🥶😂😂

With the pandemic, motorcycle prices went thru the roof. I got mine in august 2020, 2016 kawasaki ninja for $6500 with 4500 miles. Dealers up here in Massachusetts were all asking for 8-9k for the same bike, some even with 20k miles.
Youre 100% right about that....1-2 years ago ive seen vids here from guys that bought brand new gsxr’s for around $2k off the msrp or even used bikes for sick deals with crazy low miles. These dealerships here on LI, NY dont budge on these bikes i just bought two 2020 GSXR 750’s, one in September 2020 and another (same bike) last week March 2021 - paid $12k before tax and financed this second one at 0.9% with nothing down
Private sales will always be the way to go lol dealerships are a rip off. Look how much ppl paid for the new gen r6 brand new and they’re now 9k with little to no miles private sale on Craigslist and FB market place lol I paid 6250$ for my 09 zx6r 3k miles back in 2017 from a dude upstate NY that runs his own dealership out of his house with his wife ( fly kitty motor sports ) bike came with new chain oil change and Dunlop q3 tires.

I just picked up a 2014 gsxr 750 with 4k miles from my local Honda dealer for 8k. I thought something was wrong with it when they told me the price. Doesn't have a scratch on it and I've been riding the shit out of it for a little over a month now. Every now and then you get a good deal lol.
And there’s some thing about those early 2000 bikes to me they are the best made

Yep Facebook Marketplace for the win. I looked for a long time for a clean , low mileage bike. Got a great deal on Marketplace.Picked up a 2011 Wr250x with 4k miles for dirt cheap.

I sold my 2009 gsxr 600 in orange color for 4700 dollars with 6k miles . It had shorty levers ,ixil exhaust. Needed the money, still miss it.

You should check if they changed the stator generator and if they haven't you should look into changing it. 2004-2008 R1s The magnets are known to fall apart inside and can get into the crankcase.

Nice bike but question on your Harley, I saw a video where your boy’s bike and even Pop’s bike was faster than yours. Do you have a stage kit on your bike or considering putting like a stage 4 kit on it? My friend has a stage 2 or 3 on his Harley and it seems fast as hell.
I have a fast bike and a cruiser bike. My Harley is going to stay slow no matter how much I put into so I’m not putting any money into the motor lol its not worth it in my situation
@@Therealdevinclark we’ve actually went the same route as I started my riding journey with a 1997 Kawasaki ZX9R and graduated to a 2007 Suzuki M109R which I ride to this day. I don’t have the option to upload a picture to show my bike.
I ride mine. I have 38k on my 2018 Triumph street triple 765 rs still looks new

I just recently bought a 2016 GSX-S1000 standard naked version of the of the gsxr I payed 5900 for it from Facebook marketplace my first 2 bikes I bought from offer up but looking for the gsx it was no where to be found a pretty rare bike for people to own and I remembered the Facebook marketplace and boom 45 min away the exact color and eveyhting I wanted

You did good buying a good solid used bike. Get rid of that "gotta buy new" mentality my dude.... Especially vehicles. Considering they lose up to 60%-70% of their value the first 3-5 years..... Makes no sense to buy something you're gonna lose your ass on in value in the first few years. But a good used bike/cat after depreciation has already occurred.
