I had migraine since when I was around 15 years old . I suffered a lot as there isn't any particular medicine to deal my migraine sickness.But by the grace of God almighty i am very much fine now.
Some of the remedy that I usually apply whenever I am about to have migraines are:
1)Drink enough warm water and green tea but not cold water.Drinking enough warm water will really do wonders.
2) Do try to have your lunch or Dinner at the right time but Don't take cold food.
3) Do try to take enough hours of sound sleep.
4) Whenever you are about to have migraine try to sleep .
These are some simple remedies I usually dealt for migraines but for Sinus I have no idea. Praying that God almighty heal you soon beautiful sister.

Here I have same problem! I am fed up of eating medicine. The best thing I know to deal with sinus is drink all the time only warm water. And one tip is wash your nostrils with lukewarm water time to time, it is painful at first but it will come to normal when you do several times

My sinus was cured at Bethel Hospital ENT, he is an Ao doctor, it takes days and months to heal and we have to follow doctor prescription untill it is cure completely. Sinus may be the source of migrants.
