Court procedure is that plaintiff/prosecution makes their case first and then the defendant defends themself, so the MIL is entirely wrong unless she meant OP was supposed to warn ex that she kept receipts before he filed the case which how was OP to know he would file a lawsuit for this stupidity.

I wrecked my ex and his wife so bad in court the judge had to put paperwork up in front of his face to hide the fact that he was laughing while trying to reprimand me. The whole court room knew the judge was laughing behind the wall of paperwork.

If the ex MIL meant the OP had all the documents before the case actually went to court, then maybe she should speak to her son as he was part of the documented evidence and should have known that people will keep evidence of conversations especially when divorce and children are involved.

He brought the motion and typically he would go first in the hearing. She had to wait until it was her turn but his mom... no wonder he thinks he's entitled to his ex wife's time and effort

The father probably needed his ex to helps the kids plan birthdays because the kids won't let his new wife help them.
From their perspective the family fell apart when jean showed up and theybwere just expected to love this stranger more than their own mother.
Most kids would not like the stranger theybwere told was replacing their mother

Hey guys, I noticed on this video the sound quality was bad for some reason. It was very hard to understand what you were saying on a low volume but then when I'd turn up the volume, every sound outside of your words was amplified which made it still hard to understand you. It almost sounds like the gain is too high? Idk. This is the first time I'm noticing this

Sound quality is bad. Cant hear when it is on low. But when I increase volume it is irritating to listen to.

2. Don’t talk or discuss in between telling story. Let the story complete and then discuss over everything.
