I was thinking that it looked like such a quiet, peaceful, secluded place. One recommendation would be for you to allow the audience to get a better sense as to how quiet it was by stop speaking for a few seconds and just pan the camera on the gardens / nature. Great video. I very much look forward to more property type videos. After all everyone loves some property porn : )
HAHAHAHA, you're not wrong... I often get told to stop speaking for a bit 😂 It was quite tricky ot do... didn't have a lot of time there, so went at 100 mph and there was no plan as it was another spontaneous thing!

A lot of new money too... Lots of investors popping up. Saying that though, there are some very big established families on the island.
