- Eggs Benedict Prata? Alfredo Prata? These are just some of the many prata creations of Springleaf Prata House.
Prata, or paratha, is a South Asian flatbread dish that is often eaten with curry. For Guna, he has challenged boundaries of what a prata can be by combining seemingly impossible foods together. However, it wasn't always a smooth journey. When he first started out, there were people who didn't believe in him and dismissed his ideas as marketing gimmicks. Luckily for him, there were customers who supported him and now his creations have their own loyal fans.

The plain prata itself looks good. I might went there for the plain prata only. But, the wacky pratas look good too

THEYRE REALLY SO UNDERrated!!! Really love their pratas & service, they’re also really generous & would always ask you for your choice of curry & give you both if that’s what you wanted!!! They also always make their pratas FRESH. EVEN THE Standard ones like kosong and egg!!! You’ll ALWAYS receive them hot & crispy!!!
Good on you, glad the uncle's remarks did not come true. Some people are whingers, nit picking on 10 cents here and there without considering the quality.
Their plain prata taste amazing. It has a kind of fragrant that other prata doesn’t have. It’s has the right amount of crispy and doughy.
Their prata plaster blaster is absolutely genius and delicious 🤤🤤

The only place that I would actually travel just to get not only their creative pratas (plaster blaster is simple but AMAZING) but also their plain prata is delicious!

Would have to disagree about the briyani, it was different maybe and there's definitely better briyani out there but it wasn't worse, still enjoyed it, but to each their own 😋

I dont agree with the uncle taste number 1 place number 2 clean number 3 price number 4 guess what my neighbour seelling curry chicken rice 8$ a plate and guess what u must queque in line to get it only selling from 10-2am sometimes he had to close it before 1 cause she out of stock

Making me crave for Prata!
Ate the Alfredo at Rail Mall last year and it was so good. And I recently ate at Safra Tampines (finally somewhere near to where I'm staying) and it was disappointing. Ordered a few speciality and original pratas, the plain and egg pratas came cold. I do understand that coin prata is small, but your coin prata is sooo small that it is much more worth it buying a plain prata. As much as i love the Alfredo prata, i think i won't drop by the Safra outlet. There's so much (better) prata in Tampines area soo 😄
I had a similar experience, the one at safra wasn't as good as compared to their other outlets

the ultimate murtabak is really good like a pizza. only feedback is that the cheese is rather chewy which causing me to choke on it if im not careful
I still have not eaten the best prata. Most stalls could not maintain consistent standard. I like my plain prata to be more crispy

I think with many Indians, crispy prata is quite contrary to their taste buds...We usually like ours to be moist and textured..I find myself shaking my head in disagreement every time a Singapore site comes up with some top pratas list...Coz the traditional ones aren't favourites with the majority...

In Spore its called roti prata...in malaysia its roti canai..
And the roti canai is better in taste and texture.
Sry the original name food prata but we chance in Malaysia as roti canai but but if u go Hindu stall in Malaysia they still call prata.

Prata isn't even pure Indian food, it's found mainly in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand (though called different things). Every non-helath conscious person in Singapore likes and eats prata, it's really not a race thing. Everytime I go Springleaf prata place I actually barely see any Indian customers, mostly Chinese and amaly

You can certainly give them an "A" for creative. But in term of prata's taste, it is normal...not crispy....like Jalan Kayu....They never focus on the Quality of prata....they put it tons of ingredients...For Pizza...the Dough is much more thicker...the cheese with blend with thick crust and meat........His prata is normal....thin....so cheese will not blend with meat...
when compare to Pizza..It is still far apart
....Might as well sell pizza...
Prata should be thin and crispy...You can call it innovation.........But it has evolve into something different.........He keeps changing......there will no end to it...Authentic flavor's is gone...of course,it might appeal to some....

l cy honestly it’s good if you know what to order la. I frequent the place as well. Imo, their plain prata and egg prata is the best. They’re both really crispy.
