I play as an amateur and found Justin’s music a few years ago. I consider his talent at the top of my list of players who use play finger style with/without a slide. This man can flat play!
For my money Justin demonstrates that true musicians are generous in helping others to play. No signs of refusing to show you how to play. No competitiveness just a master playing to produce pleasure.
Even after almost a year of patient practicing for about 1 to 2 hours a day, I'm still quite useless on guitar. But these videos and lessons are great source of inspiration and motivation. Thanks for them!
It is very difficult to pick up any instrument as a grown person with established taste. Much easier for a young kid to whom everything sounds great. Keep it up, I bet you're not as useless as you think.

I like the way you often transcribe the vocals to notes chords etc . I often find myself doing the same thing . It definitely helps the audience recognize the composition .
