Great video! Just finished Era 1 and am about 1/3 of the way through The Alloy of Law! Great series! Can't wait to see how Evil Librarians tie in to Cosmere.
I definitely see it as more of a "pick up whichever sounds most interesting to you" thing than a hard rule. But if you care the most about being able to see every crossover in its place - reading in published order is always safe!
I'm currently reading the five warrior angels series and plan to pick up the 3rd at the end of this month..there are so many series i can't keep up unless i read like 6 hours a day
Mistborn is a 2 day read But still I would totally suggest this when you ve gone through best fantasy out there This is young adult stuff in my opinion With straightforward romance It’s probably not worth the time for busy people
@@vinodvagadurgi414 i didn't understand some parts of the book since i didn't fully understand the magic system. Maybe i should stop reading it. I don't know.
@@Kenji17171 yup probably I don’t feel like reading well of ascension it feels like too much of an investment I would rather read The first law trilogy And also wanting to read Patrick Rothfus Name of the wind Even malazan is there, there is so much out there
Have to strongly disagree, just my opinion. Spoilers ahead: I found the books problematic, particularly the writing of women, romance (?!) and ultra violence, author surrogacy, unrealistic dialogue (no one swears? ever??) I think the book reads as if written by a hopeful teenager who doesn't understand the complexities of love relationships. A character has the choice between studious rebel (see Author Surrogate), and all around bad boy who may be related to a true misogynistic psychopath. Of course, since she's just a woman (although clearly a Mary Sue) she chooses one, can you guess which? Secondly, the level of violence is comparable to a John Wick movie, but no one utters a curse worse than "ass" maybe? Has the author ever known an actual soldier, cop, punk, ruffian or someone who has ever stubbed their toe? For me, it was "fantasy" written for mormon youth that want to pretend they are bada**...sorry, badbottom. So I was frustrated that I wasted my time is what I'm trying to say. All that said, I appreciate your passion and am glad that so many get such joy from these books. Good on them.
I'm psyched for people pushing each other's starships in space.
Facts.

THE IMPLICATIONS
I just finished Well of Ascention and enjoyed it. Moving on to Hero of Ages!!
Excitement!
I need a graphic of the order in which I should read these books

I got The Way of Kings a while back but only just stared it, but now I guess I should rather start with Mistborn. Thanks mate.
I started with way of kings. It just takes a bit of getting into it. It’s really good. The world building is a bit much for some people.
@@gregorio7945 Yes, I did struggle with Kings so I didn't get very far. I'm going to start with Mistborn and try and stick with it.
yesss awesome deffo start with mistborn its a lot "chiller" than stormlight
@@NickyByloo mistborn is awesome. And much easier to understand.
Most born is overrated
Might as well look into this Brandon guy, I guess
nice harry potter picture haha 😂
I think first part is a bit overhyped
I would max rate this as 6/10
It’s very basic
Magic system is not at a highest level of narration
Magic system was too complicated
