@Hot Coldman Just wanted to reinforce what you said. A bird loves head and neck scritchies because it can't preen itself there, but elsewhere is more intimate and a lot of them won't like it unless it's their mate or parent. The rest of their body is basically "private", a bit like most humans would feel if some rando came up and stroked the their thigh out of the blue. To be fair, this human is probably their "mother" to them. This looks like sibling rivalry to me.
