Hey bro, nice video! I also have a 5800x3d and 3080. I was wondering if you could kindly share any settings you turned on. Whats ur CPU settings in bios and do you have hardware acceleration gpu scheduling on in windows? Also which power plan do you use? I can't get my game to go below 4ms render latency while others like yourself and another youtuber gets 1ms frequently. Teach me !
Hi! That means. You have low frame rate. 400 fps means 2.5ms. Don't hunt low frame time. Hunt for consistency. The more stable fps is, the better experience is. 350fps constantly is better than 500 with drops under 250. I will make a video with how i optimize my windows. Stay tuned. It will come very soon.
@@OneLefty Hey thanks for the response. My game feels butter smooth just annoyed because we have same specs and my frametime is higher. Anyways, I'm looking forward to ur video. U got a sub from me!
7600x is a six core. But it has a new arch. So even if you have microstutters you will upgrade in future. My friend Snack has 7700x, and he doesn't have microstutter from what he said. So you will be good from anypoint. I had am4 already. If you buy new pc, dint waste money on 5800x3d. It's dead platform.
I can't play with 1% low bellow 100 fps, it will make lagg spikes on my 144 hz monitor. 1% low on 7800x3d will stay above 144 fps which wont create lagg spikes on a 144 hz monitor (It might on 240hz tho)
Agree with you. more hz on monitor you have, bigger chance to feel the microstutter is. But that amount of cache compensate making games smooth. 5800x at 4.45ghz will have lags while 5800x3d won't. Cache difference. What cpu you have?
Try cap fps with rivatuner. Your 1% lows Will be double lol. Im at 240-260 1% lows and 450avg. And premier 500-520 avg with my 5800x3d I capped mine at 300 results in Min 290 Max 300 Avg 298 1% lows 240-260
Yes. I found that a bit late. Cuz on nvidia, in driver fps limiter is far worse than amd one. Amd cap framerate is smooooth. Riva is for nvidia. Great advice! Thank u!
@@OneLefty no im using 5800x3d and 7900xtx. Rivatuner aint for nvidia or amd. Its for both. And ill tell u it works crazy good. The game Will be soooo god Damn smooth u wont believe it as the 1% lows get tons better! ✌️
Heyoo! If you dont have any kind of undervolt in bios, then yes. Bcs temps are going fast to 75 80 and frequnecy drop to lower and mentain temp. Try undervolting.

@@OneLefty I have 5600x, rtx3070 and a 240hz monitor. At 5v5 generally runs above 240, but I play a lot of DM and 10v10 and it deeps to 170 and sometimes 150 and really annoys me. To make it more bearable I have to use freesync/gsync + 234fps cap at RTSS + vsync and it's a lot smoother. But I miss being able to use dyac+ with high fps like in csgo. I don't know if upgrade to 5700x3d/5800x3d (idk if the extra 400mhz clock on 5800x3d will make huge difference in cs2?) and also upgrade cooling or if should I save up more to upgrade whole platform to 9800x3d when it launches
If you want to buy now and let am5 to be more mature, is not a bad call. I saw the frequency don't matter. 5700x3d can run almost same like 5800x3d on cs2 and cooler. Depends on when are you planing to upgrade and when 9800x3d launch. I have almost double performance than 5600x (4.8ghz). So. Wait or buy. x3d even if is dropping under your refreshrate, still feels much better than 5600x. Tell me what your decision is.
You are conceptually right. But for a CPU intense game at 1080(which is a low resolution in gaming) how do you expect to ulitize the GPU at 80-90%...if you want GPU fully utilise with this CPU at 1080, use rtx 2060 or 2070 and you will see the figures U wanted. It's not bottlenecking, it's FPS game nature especially in CS
@@Dai1ylif3 when you play fps games you want gpu as low as possible. Because if u play with rtx 2070 and you have 200fps and 90%usage, if something intensive is happening, your fps is going down because gpu will be 100% and will start to bottleneck the cpu. So lower gpu usage, better performance in fps games. That means over monitor frequency. As a pro, you can't play this game with gpu at 100%. There are a lot of reasons.
so satisfying watching your gameplay. always hitting them headshots! 🔥🔥
