most crazy setup are already done by valve and you are able to tweak it around, in early CS times maybe it was rare. Dose settings really didnt still are not make you better player, just practice...thats it. I play all default max reso :D

for devices/peripherals there are websites that list out what pros are using the most. thats a good reference. as far are computer hardware, any midrange pc with up to date components should be good enough (strictly speaking for CS2 demands)

Like yes practice time does matter but what matters most is practice quality following with practice time following with natural skill. Some people could sit there for 50,000 hours without getting even close to as good as ropz. My band teacher once said that practice time was the only thing that mattered he was coping.
The more of these video's they make the more I think 90% of the pro's are just playing on random settings they heard were good and didn't really bother testing themselves.

my monitor is 60 hz it says "nokia" on it and i got it from my mother 1995. Yes, there is less input delay. I’m pretty sure even if you’re getting 300 plus fps on max settings, there is still going to be a high amount of delay compared to lower settings.
how to fix this low fps feeling in game? I have RX 6600XT and 240hz monitor, while playing and moving the mouse I feel like it's much lower than 240hz, the vertical sync option turned on fixes the issue and the game feels very smooth but also gives the lag input which is destroying my aim..
