    I appreciate you OG. A lot of the things you say really stick with me. Like you said at the beginning of the year “if you don’t do 15+ reps it’s because you’re lazy” and ever since then I’ve improved hypertrophy and strength. It took you 25+ years to learn things so thank you for helping us not make the same mistakes

      You definitely will not gain the same strength as running a 5x5 or something similar 15 + reps does not significantly any strength or hypertrophy the ideal range for hypertrophy is 6-12 reps 15+ should be a warm up...try 5x5 and you will be amazed what it does in jus 3 months

      Thats 5 sets of 5 reps use it on compound lifts bench squat deadlift barbell rows anything where you're using multiple joints and more muscle groups anything thats not an isolation exercise 5x5 will help build a ton of strength and it builds some hypertrophy as well

    Kali your weight is going up but the mass ain't there. Being straight up honest. 5 years ago you were twice the size on your upper body and you probably just weighed 15 or 20lbs more 5 years ago. What do you think the problem is so people can learn. It dosent make sense that your gaining as much weight as before/5 years ago but it dosent look the same. Dont get me wrong you still look good. 5 years ago you were shredded vascular and yoked and jacked out your mind. Well if you can't gain what you were 5 years ago still I will remember how jacked you used to be. I hope you reach that level again. I'm 230-235 for 10 years straight im shorter than you not as close to you in vascularity but hey im happy. African rhino making a comeback!
