I bought the first 2006 at the bike shop in my area, picked it up November of 05, currently have 18,900 miles on it. Love this bike, and will never sell it. I joke about having it thrown in the ground with me when that time comes. :)

Got one.. put a chinese 300 top end on it, didn't even need to re-jet. Much more fun as a 300!

I recently bought myself a 2023 KLX 300 dual sport bike. I like it but I find the digital gauges hard to see. I would rather have the older style analog needle gauges like on this older model bike. Much easier to see the rpm readings at a glance compared to the digital guage I have on mine.

Mike Froneberger. I love my 09. Klx 250. Bullet proof like all kawis- But i am registering a kdx200. Nothing like a 2 stroke from the street to the powerlines and beyond
