I need more CGMA's to tell their stories like aspiring CA(SA) do. I am from writing P2 CIMA exam (It didn't go well) and I thought I should give up on this thing is too much, but from watching your video I now believe it's doable.
Hi Nompumelelo, please don't not give up on CIMA. The journey will be difficult but keep on trying. Currently on strategic level with CIMA and attempted E3 twice and failed but I will not give up. My advice is to focus on understanding why and what you are studying and less on passing. Take courage and try again.
It’s doable and We will come back and celebrate here in this very comment when you qualify one day. I’m setting a date right now in my icloud, to come check in once every year! It’s gonna be such a beautiful youtube comment when you finally make it 🤞🏾❤️ PLEASE DON’T give up! 😭
Hey Lungelo😊 thanks for creating such inspiring and insightful videos. I like how you keep us intrigued haibo you are creative my brother. I don't get bored while watching your videos at all🙏
i literally failed my accounting module in block 4 of 1st year and had to repeat the year. After I failed I really wanted to give up this degree. Today I still didn't quit and I'm about to write the exam I failed last year.
Hi. The “degree less route” is possible. Diploma >> Advanced diploma (CA Stream) >> CTA 😂😂😂 the scenic route has a lot of us on it. There are those of us who’ve taken a break but, all roads lead to CA(SA)! All the best for APC
Thank you so much chief, maybe I should do a separate video just about that 🔥 I think it will help a lot of people. Thank you bro All the best with your endeavours too Sir 🙏🏾💫
@@CorporatePantsulaplease broe goi the video on that, also for those of us who are non having accounting diploma (engineering)but wanting to enter into accounting
I'm currently pursuing the CIMA route! I hope you consider exploring this subject in future videos! I originally did BCom Business Management (completed 1st year) but then transferred to BCom Management Accounting. I'm studying through Akademia (distance learning) and they're unfortunately not SAICA accredited. I also came across an accounting firm that is willing to offer CIMA/SAICA articles together instead of the standard CIMA/SAIPA route. So if all goes according to plan, I can receive 2 designations in 5-6 years. Also congradulations on passing your board exam! 🎉
The Diploma route has changed slightly because of Saica and Unisa people who applied for the adv diploma at unisa are being rejected because of CA2025 new requirements The requirements for the adv diploma is now having a degree or a non-accounting degree with an advanced certificate Meaning you can no longer do the advanced diploma with a diploma. So the route I have to take is doing a degree after obtaining my diploma 👍🏽then CTA
Hi sugar, I just learnt that also yesterday am in the process of completing few final semester module of National Diploma Chemical Engineering while working and I been wanting to switch to accounting via the advanced diploma cert in accounting but I just learnt that they require an NQF 7 for non accounting having qualification so to enroll for advanced cert accounting at unisa
Very insightful, thank you so much.🙌🏼🔥 There's however very few Accounting firms offering the 5 year articles.😓😓 Nonetheless, please keep blessing us with this type of content😁🙏🏽
Hi Muzie 😄 Thank you for watching 💫 The journey is NOT EASY AT ALL! Fingers crossed you’ll do postgrad next year, I wish you all the best! Good luck ❤️
Could you please provide clarification on the ACCA qualification pathway to obtain the CA(SA) designation, specifically highlighting any differences or similarities with the CIMA qualification route?
Congratulations my brother 🎉. I need advice I completed BCOM business management and now I want to pursue Advanced certificate in accounting science via Unisa as a bridging course. What's ur take on that and will it be possible to get funding for above mentioned qualification.
Ey my man its heart breaking. Especially when you tried. It just hurts. I spent a lot of time in that hurt. I spent time in it. I thought about it, I beat myself up for it, I thought of every thing possible I could’ve done this, this or that. Eventually I accepted it. A lot of people run away from the hurt. They distract themselves. I don’t know if this works for everyone but feel it until it doesn’t hurt anymore. Eventually, you’ll come to accept it. And then you will learn from it. In his book “Hustle Harder” 50 Cent said “I fear nothing cause everything I was afraid of already happened to me.” So don’t be afraid to fail, if you did fail, don’t runaway from the pain. Feel it. Feel it all. And only 2 things will happen: 1. You’ll never repeat that mistake, or 2. If you fail again, you will know how to deal with it. Sorry for the long message, but I hope this helps.

Let me do some research and consult with my ACCA buddies. Thanks for the video idea.
ACCA is an international qualification with the headquarters based in the UK. You do not carry the CA(SA) title.. you carry ACCA
Very insightful 🙏 I would like to chat with you for advice
I'm currently doing 3rd year @NMU
Thank you 😊 How can I help you? Or do you want to chat privately? My insta handle is in my bio feel free to drop a dm 💫
