@@walkerhaules I got one more question. I’m on btr website and there are a bunch of different options for pushrods. This is my first built motor I’m putting together I understand what they length is for but how do I find the correct length to put in my car
I'm blown away by how quiet that valve train is. It's clearly cammed and I'm guessing that the lift is around .600 .... did you have valve train noise (aka - sewing machine) prior to the rocker arm install? I ask because after stroking and camming mine, it's noisy.
Nice TA bud, sounds good. What made you decide to upgrade your rockers? I did the trunnion upgrade when I did my cam swap and haven't had any issues with them.
I have sent 2 valves downstairs caused by rockers breaking. Once it was the trunnion failed and the other time was the tip of the rocker broke off by spring pressure. RPM is set too high and i have a tendency to bang it off the limiter. All those problems now resolved and i got a new set of pistons in the process lol.
Everyone has an opinion! Mine are doing great so far! I’ve had used multiple brands/styles and i find these are most durable so far at least. Can’t say anything about the future tho we will see lol
@@walkerhaules I've ran alot brands as well. People say stuff comp been round long time. Now I don't run a comp in mines. I try to stick with a brand that only deals with Gm Ls stuff. Hits hard ? What type of comp cam you have?.
@@walkerhaules I know them specs ok . I'm good on the duration like lope Sept. Alot off people focus on lift an yes but a bigger duration plays alot into how a Ls car runs . The only difference you white and I'm African American. You remind me of a teen 20ish old me. I've own 7 , 3-5th gens Camaros bolt ons to cam only Hci , 383 , 402, 408 Ls. My mista teal green flip flop factory color like 170pish was made . Is my fastest I run th400 12 bolt. Adj tq arm Hp tuners yea in 2023 I know. But Hp been good to me. Run 5s on 28s . Nitrous is your friend plus Ls motors 6 bolt mains caps good pistons can handle alot . Idn your goal but you gonna want a power adder BTR makes a 400+ nitrous cam keep that cam in mind. Ima gone head an sub to your channel. But you gotta keep posting. Ps. Very nice kelpt 4th gen Trans by the way.

Looks like you need some more cold start tweaking for the first few seconds ;-)
But a real genius idlesound and like the engine rumble!
Tune definitely needs a little work all the way around! Shift timing is a little slow as well as first start up. Thanks for watching!
