    It is not the first BYD in europe. Here, in Norway, they have been selling BYD Tang from arround two years.

    Good reviews. You have done many EV range tests so it will be good to share comparison table between all cars you tested.

    The Atto 3's performance is thoroughly disappointing. With a maximum speed of only 172 km/h and deficient battery management, it's lagging behind in the technological race. Moreover, the lack of a front trunk further indicates its poor integration. Altogether, these issues render the Atto 3 an unacceptable choice in the current age of electric vehicles.

      Almost every family and small ev is limited to 99mph.

      @@NomanspieThe top speed of electric cars isn't as straightforward as it seems. It reflects the investment in the tri-electric system and the corresponding technical level. You can believe in your thoughts, but I know my compatriots better than you do.

    China has already invented new type of battery that you can charge up to 80% of power in 5 minutes even in winter

    I think this car has too many flaws, looks strange inside, software that is not logical(trip meter is super limited just as one example), charges dog slow + and has bad range for the price. And in the end you drive around in a car that is called Build Your Dreams... which is a bit painful.

    • @africasteel1515

      All EV can’t hold longer range in this price at such high speed

    • @Y2Kvids
      @Y2Kvids ปีที่แล้ว

      But the blade battery will give dividend in the long run compared to a bit acceptable charging speed of 80 KW. They have sped up charging slightly by software update .

      First of all BYD did not say they are built for racing sports car. Is meant to fir metropolitan drive. Not for race track or rally race. Who would drive over 140kmh? Most of them who did died in the crash. You paying an affordable travelling auto car. You want super fast you pay super $$$$$$. I understand some country like German freeway allowed to drive over 140kmh even some did at 200kmh. That is not normal car designs isn't it. They are not cheap too. You also need a good tyres to run super fast.
      In Australia max speed allowed on country highway is 130kmh. And metropolitan freeway average from 80 to 100. Out side country road 120. No residents areas 130. Any car exceeded over speed limited by 7kmh you get fine around $300-$500 depend which city's law. Exceeded 11kmh double fines. Exceeded 20kmh u pay hectic fines + loosing licence + prison or public services for 3 months. I rather to have more safty drivers on road than having more idiots speeding drivers on roads. You wanna speeding you go to race track. Avoid the public.
      About the EV they are different to combustion engine car. An EV can computerised set of speed allowed. The fastest you drive the more consumption of power it takes. For combustion engine is quite opposite. The fastest above 80kmh to 150kmh the lesser fuel consumption. Exceeding over 150kmh the throttle need to open bigger and consumed much more which mean much burning fuel to give stronger combustion to elevated. That required good engine quality to withstand the over heating as well. That also applies to good engine oil quality. Radiator fluid quality. Muffler quality. Tyres quality. Break pad wuality. Disc/rotor quality. This is why a sports car aren't cheap all add up.
