Chacala is one my favorite spots in Mexico. First stopped there in 1982, and was the only boat there. There really wasn’t a town, just a few houses, and mostly closed palapa restaurants on the beach. I would have breakfast at one waited on by an old guy who spent his free time painting the chairs blue. I was the only one there. Also stopped there in 1997, it was more built up, but nothing like now. What a great place to meet up with family ,and that villa looks amazing!
