The case of my beneficiary was sent to his Embassy with a visa appointment. However, the case in CEAC (visa status check) still says the case is at NVC. What should l do?
Can you please advise how does NVC prioritise to send the Interview Letter. My Visa category is F4 India, PD is on 14th Nov 2005 & DQ is 22nd Dec 2022 and my PD became current in Jan 2024 Visa Bulletin. In Jan 2024 Visa Bulletin the PD moved from 9th Oct 2005 to 15th Nov 2005, In Mar 2024 Visa Bulletin the date moved from 16th Nov 2005 to 15th Dec 2005 & In May 2024 Visa Bulletin the date moved from 16th Dec 2005 to 15th Jan 2006 and so on. Does NVC merge all the PD as and when it become current and then prioritise based on DQ to issue the interview letter or they complete the interview of 1st slot based on PD became current as per visa Bulletin then the 2nd slot PD became current & 3rd slot etc. Elaborating further for clear understanding that my PD is 14th Nov 2005 DQ is 22nd Dec 2022 and my sister PD is 22nd Dec 2005 DQ is 22nd Sep 2022. Under the above Visa Bulletin movement who will be receiving the Interview Letter first ?? Please advise.
This is the first good news that I have ever heard from Charlue. My sister's daughter is aged out now because all these years delays from USCIS and Visa BULLETIN. they are in F3 all chargeability countries. Thank you but it's not enought yet . please let us know if their age will be Freezing at the time of I-130 filing? please please let us know what should we do?

what should we do when children age out after 15,20 years of dalays from USCIS? It's NOT fair that the principal left her child behind. talk about F3 familybased, please. please let us know if children age FREEZING aT the time filling I-130 in 2010? Grandmother was a US CITIZENS AT time OF FILLING I-130. WE REALLY NEED HELP. THANK YOU.

Age is not frozen. Look up CSPA that may still allow her to get the visa. 😊
